Ordered hand sanitizer and antiseptic wipes from HOME MART this afternoon. Confirming email didn't come promptly, so I checked my credit card. The charge from FABFASHION LTD was pending, so I checked them out online. I saw all these complaints, so I locked my card and ordered a new one. Will report the fraud on Monday when the credit card company (Chase) reopens. I'm finding 24/7 customer service is becoming as rare as people on the sidewalks.

When I went back on line to look at the order (okhomeonline.com), the website is no longer available. So I am out of the money and no way to do anything about this BEWARE!

Some Indian man answered. I asked him to cancel.my order and he said that unless I gave him the fill Visa card number he would not cancel the order. I told him that all he needed was the last 4 digits. He Insisted that i give him my full card number otherwise he was not going to cancel the order.

On 04/14/2020, I ordered from a site called Home In Stock. Order consisted of 2 bottles of hand sanitizers, 5 pcs of medical face masks and 1 bottle it says however it is a container of wet wipes totaling $67.97 shipping $7.99 total $75.96 all for my son. After the order, I felt something was not right. After looking further into the site, it appeared not legitimate. I called my credit card bank and found out that the charge is made to FAB Fashion, Ltd. and the charge is pending and was told to dispute when the charge goes through. Again, the same day I called my credit card company again after e-mailing the so called company to cancel my order. No reply at all. Today on 04/15/2020 I called the credit card company again and lo and behold, I was able to speak with a representative that suggested to cancel my card and get a replacement with a new number after I told her about this site with complaints. She ended up telling me that she knew about this fraudulent company and that is why she suggested to change my card. FAB did not get my money. Yeah! Moving forward, I will be extra careful and only purchase from companies I know.

Hi, I think I have been scammed. I ordered toilet paper from an online store called Popumart. I have not received that order. When I look at my bank account the name on there for the $40.89 charge is Fabfashion LTD Wanchai HK. The order number is 1069. I just want my money back. So if there is any way you can help me with this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

I ordered masks and hand sanitizer from these people on 4/3/20. I decided to cancel the order on 4/11/20 because it was taking too long for me to get it. I tried looking up the order status but that site is gone and there is no status. I have been told by these people that they can't find my order, despite me repeatedly giving them my order number and forwarding the confirmation email. When I looked at my credit card statement, I discovered they charged me $75.98 on 4/4/20 and that this company is based in Hong Kong. I am now disputing this with my bank. Hopefully I can get my money back. From what I have read, this is a fraudulent site.
