The scammers used a fake ad on Facebook for Macy's selling a fragrance for $9.95. Once i put my card info in, i receive an error. But my card was already debited the amount of $9.95, which is the total money lost. Then 10 minutes later they tried to get $21.00 moredollars but i canceled my card and potential transaction was declined. I tired contacting the company, Facebook, but they refused to refund money. Instead of speaking with people it was speaking with a bot.

It is an IQ test you take on line with facebook. I have cancelled (or tried) to cancel this account since August 2025. I recieved emails stating the account is closed but they continue to take money out of my account, over $210 total, which amounts to a total loss of $210. They have no phone number just an email at [email protected]. They have a portal that tells you go there to cancel your account I have gone there put in my email and it comes back no account found. I know I will more than likely not get my money refunded but I would like to stop recurring payments being taken out of my account. I am a senior citizen and live on a very fixed income I cannot afford to waste moneyon a scam.

I bough an exhaust from him on Facebook and after i paid him $410 (the total money lost was $415) he said he gave my package to an Agency who's going to deliver my stuff. The Agency called Legacy Expressway Logistics. After i got a tracing number from them they told me that i have to pay a mandatory refundable insurance $499 that i will get back upon delivery . The seller never mentioned that's going to be any extra charges the deal was $410 shipped. I asked him to talk to his Agency or use a different carrier but he didn't want to do it. Jim ****** was selling a boxer puppy for $600 or $700 delivery on Facebook. I chose to pick up and pay $500 more after my hundred dollar deposit, so I lost a total of $100 to this scam on Facebook. Conveniently Jim was unavailable the next morning for me to pick up and started a shipping process which he told me that he paid the delivery charge at 5 o’clock when the puppy was supposed to arrive I was reached by a carrier called global express asking for $250 for a crate fee. I told them that I was not paying this that Jim was playing the delivery charge since he was unavailable for pick up, Jim is now ghosting me and will not answer my text or calls at (903) 233-6113 or my emails to [email protected] and it is now 730 and no puppy he is a scammer please warn people not to buy from him. Purchase on 2-10-26 was 39.99 for alcoholic magnetic bracelet just one and I included a charger for $49.99. When I called the 833-756-1044 I was told the charger amount did not go through with my bank. I received two bracelets on 2-19-2026. I was told I took the option of two bracelets which I did not. I was charged $51.81 for one bracelet and $19.00 for the second bracelet option according to the contact number theses charge included tax and shipping. In total, I lost $70.81. I wound like a full refund but that will not happen because I need to mail the bracelet back on my own expense. They will keep their Tax and shipping expense. I have reported the Facebook site as fraud. I will be sending the bracelets back tomorrow 2-20-26. Is there a way to get my full refund

I responded to a post on Facebook about a shih tzu puppy. Seller wanted $200 holding fee through cash app and other on line payments. I said I don't use them. She asked for a $200 Apple gift card. I said no. She then said how about a $100 gift card and I'll deliver the puppy. Then she said deal?

I said yes. I sent her the card and went to the place we agreed to meet at and she sent me another message that I wouldn't get the puppy until I sent her another $100 Apple gift card to secure his medical records. I said no and she said then NO PUPPY. I lost $100 to this scam on Facebook. I'm in the USA.

On 11/06/2025, I placed an order for 1 pair of jeans for $9.99 on Facebook. The next morning, I see 2 charges on my account - 1 for $20.68 and the 2nd charge for $24.68, so I called to cancel the order. The clerk who was very rude told me the order was cancelled and refunded $20.68. I ask why I was charged $24.68 and was told I had ordered a 2nd pair of jeans at full price which I did not do and makes no sense at all why someone would do that? I spoke with several of the rudest customer service reps and they finally agreed to refund 40% of the $24.68 which I've never received. In total, I lost $24.68. 3 weeks after my last call to them, I received 2 pair of the thinnest, cheaply made pants that may have fit a child - which I donated to ARC. BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY (I wouldn't even call it a company) cause I'm sure its a scam as we are seeing more and more each day!

I ordered this solution off of Facebook ads to mop floors with fragrant solution. I lost $120.00 on this order from Facebook. It does not have a fragrance when delivered and the next month I received it again which I was shocked because I did not sign up for a monthly subscription. I quickly sent them an email requesting they stop it asap since I did not order. No confirmation was noted and the next month I received it again. Now I have sent several messages and emails explaining how upset I am that they have not stopped this as requested and that there is no where on their website to pause or cancel subscription. Theses people are a scam !
