Support: We understand your concern regarding the $9.95 charge, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion.
After reviewing your account, I can confirm that the charge is for our E-Book Service, which provides access to thousands of downloadable e-books. Our terms and conditions state that all sales are final, and we are unable to issue refunds for these charges.
However, I have gone ahead and canceled your subscription to ensure that no further charges will occur.
If you have any other questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Steffanie

I sent many emails requesting the return label with no response and then I stated to get advertising emails f rom the same email.
Still have NOT been able to reach anyone and have not received the label.
This Company is a SCAM and needs to be reported to avoid other people getting scammed - they do NOT respond and DO NOT support their return policy.

"Access denied" via text and that I would need to pay a late fee of $115 to the same account that the $224 was sent to. I said no and contacted the bearded dragon company who said he would pay the $115. He was able to gather $65
but would need help with the additional $50 which was sent at 1609 on 3/14
which brings my total from the originally quoted $300 to $772. Tony claimed that FedEx attempted to deliver the dragon to our front door, but we have a doorbell camera that did not pick up any motion. He sent two stock photos, one of the outside of my apartment and the second of a Fed Ex truck in another state. When we asked Jarred where the dragon was over the phone, he said the dragon was still in Washington being held since the funds were not sent. Tony told us he would need an additional $50 for city permits to allow us to pick up the dragon, even though we were told minutes before that the dragon was still in Seattle. From there, we told him we would like our money back. I reported these concerns to my bank as well. All of these interactions were done via text and Facebook Messenger and all messages have been saved for both individuals. An additional scammer on the side wanted an additional $50 but the money was not sent (7606529855). I also placed one phone call to Jarred this evening, 3/14, to attempt to get his supervisor's name and phone number which was not given to me. Jarred is also threatening to turn me in to the local police in Seattle for "pet abandonment" if I do not send him more money. On the bearded dragon Facebook page, it also says that they're located in Louisville, KY.
