Facebook had a customer service phone number on their app and I was having trouble using the app so I called this phone number, and trusted it because it was on Facebook itself not on Google. Facebook has to be in on it if they are putting this phone number on their own app. They are allowing people to scam, and they have to be in on it or the phone number wouldn’t be on the app.

This company is not licenced and is masking as a non profit taking donations. He dose not have insurance or a DOT number on his vehicle. He said he works for donations but a company has to pay taxes on these donations he is not paying taxes. He is using these donations to live on and to fix up his truck. All of this is illegal if you are not a business and not a non profit.

I was on Facebook looking at Stanley cups. I clicked on what I thought was a link to their website. I made a purchase. When I got the confirmation of the purchase for $39.32 then I realized in the email it wasn't Stanley after all. It said standley along with the actual name in the email of Stanley and the need help info email was not for Stanley. There was no way to cancel the order. I emailed several times saying cancel the order, you are a fraud, give me my money back. I told them I reported them to Facebook and was contacting the better business bureau. No reply back. Bank is closed so I can't cancel it. I took screenshots of the page on Facebook and the email confirmation of the purchase. When I got the email the email was at the bottom [email protected] and said 2024 STANDLEY. The top said STANLEY with their logo so I didn't realize it was a fraud till I got the the bottom of email. When I went to click the highlight pink it sent me to STANDLEY was at the top along with remodeldecor.top then it says free shipping on orders over $30 and below that is STANLEY with their logo and a picture of a girl holding a Stanley cup

We singed a written contract with a payment schedule created by the contractor (David Moncavage) to build a garage. In 2 months the contractor has shown up a total of 8 partial days, and not completed any of the bullet items on the contract. Every time he does show up he request early payments and makes promises of free upgrades if we help him out with early payments. After the 3rd time I said I would only make payments per the payment schedule. He left the job and has refused to return unless i agree to payments different then listed on the payment schedule of the contract and has threatened to apply a mechanics lien against our property that will require it to be sold by sheriffs sale to satisfy. I had another contractor inspect the framing he has done and he found multiple issues that will require approximately 80% of the framing he put up to be removed to correct discrepancies.

The contractor (Kevin Kozik) told us he was builder of the year back in 2018/2019 and we trusted him on his word and past accomplishments via Facebook social media outlets with pictures of past projects and work that they supposedly completed for other clients. He said he was a veteran and man of his word and we trusted him with our project. What a mistake that was by our part. We need help in a proper resolution..

Scammer claimed to have a mechanical bull, chairs and table rental service. Once the invoice was emailed to pay and amount paid scammer claimed the Zelle they provided as their cashier was not right and that the money was "stuck". My bank had a confirmation of $400 sent. When I stated I wanted to cancel per my contract and a full refund, scammer would no longer communicate back.

Site impersonates a wounded veteran that has lost both legs and one arm. That he and his father make wind chimes to help support him and his daughter. Thousands of people bought them. We bought ours 18 days ago and paid for expedited shipping. Still have not received it. We believe the product is a chinese product to make money using a wounded U.S. soldier to pitty people to buy the wind chimes. I have also reported it to facebook.

After Hurricane Beryl, our fencing contractor recommended Ronnie Spaulding to help us bring down a couple of trees in our front yard that were in danger of falling over onto my neighbors home. His team did cut down the trees but did not grind the stumps. He stated that his stump grinder was already tasked and would come out in a couple of weeks. After 3 weeks we contacted him and he stated he was not available due to a death in the family. We graciously accepted that and gave our sympathy. We waited 2 months and have attempted numerous times to contact him, only to have him ghost us. I did a search and found that this is not the first time he has done this type of activity. https://www.scampulse.com/facebookcom-reviews/page/12#i17612455.

Please be cautious of this gentleman, and if you should do work with him validate that all work is completed before you pay him anything.

The scammer first contacted me through a familiar friends account, the familiar friend then put me in contact with an account named "Agent Alex Azar" after asking me for my address they sent me a fake check for $25,000 and proceeded to claim that to authorize the check I would have to buy two $500 Apple gift cards beforehand and send them the codes on the back of the cards. They then said that after I would send them the codes they would authorize the check so I could cash it. I then took precautionary action and blocked both the scammer account and the familiar friends account as they did not want to pick up my phone calls and began to act suspicious after asking about the gift cards the "Agent" had told me about.
