I contacted this fake company (Part Network llc) to purchase a used front bumper for my 2013 infiniti m56 on February 26th. Nelson and Michelle helped me and sent me pictures of bumpers they had for my vehicle with an exact color match so i was convinced they were legit. Everything was downhill after i paid $378.00 for the bumper. No more contacts and the delivery date changed 3 times. I reached out to them several times and it was excuse after excuse every time. The last time i contacted them was today 4/6/2026 and they hung up on me. I ordered the bumper on 2/26/2026 and here it is 4/6/2026 and still nothing and now they won't even answer my calls.

Needed a replacement motor in my van. The site seemed normal as well as the people I spoke with some concern I placed the order since it may end being a well tested scam because all the questions I asked about vehicle engines were dealt with using clear mechanical knowledge about the engine selection so I let my guard down. Then for three weeks communication was fine, with several staff members, then when the engine was due to be in Riverside CA, everything shut down. No phones (I had three numbers to call), no email, nothing to connect to.

Searching for an engine, arrived at the jasper automotive webpage once i put in the information, i received a call from a person by the name of Freddy, phone # (307) 45908811 promising an engine for the price of $1600.00+ but could be sell for $1421 if paying via Zelle. Initial payment was made and when I called back to cancel the order and request a refund, no refund was issue and the person by the name of Freddy kept calling and being inconsistent with his reports. I have copies of the email correspondence if needed for the investigation.

Turbo Auto Parts scammed me 175.00. They tried to do it twice but my bank didn't have enough money in there so they only got the 175.00 They told me my 2 fenders would take 20 days. Never got a tracking number. I sent them email asking for updates. When i called to talk to the salesperson. He said was Kenny. After the 4th time of calling it went to voice mail or import service. They where suppose to send me 2007 fenders from my truck.

I ordered an engine from power gear autoparts. I cancelled a couple of days later when I found one locally. They sent me an email stated they would refund my money. They've since blocked my number. They scammed me for a thousand dollars. They also use the name Rocas Remodeling. Their website doesn't exist
