Received calls from 805-295-4231 and 876-450-8097 indicating that I'm the winner of Publisher's Clearing House. I was required to wire taxes and fees through Western Union then at Moneygram. Once I sent the requested amount, I got more requests for money to pay state tax. This time, they wanted me to send the money in UPS package, addressed to Rayon Buchanan at 506 Park Ave, Paterson, NJ 07504. That's when I called BBB to check and found out that this is not a real Publisher's Clearing House.

In order to legalize this lottery winning and to receive the prize, I was to complete Form P140 and pay $375. I said I am not going to pay and will call BBB to report this. Shianne said that's fine because BBB will be able to confirm this, and she will have BBB contact me. I then received a call from Van Louis of BBB at 323-987-5585 confirming the prize. I knew it was a scam and told them so. They hang up on me.
