So here's something- I did place an order that I haven't gotten yet, but this is even worse. I placed my order on Saturday and when I checked my bank balance on Tuesday morning there were 3 charges on it from Lyft in California. I went to the merrifami website looking for an address. There wasn't one, of course, but their customer service number said Pacific Standard Time. Since I've never ordered anything from CA before I can only assume it was someone from this company that stole my banking information. In the process of disputing the charges now and trying to recoup all of the money they've stolen from me, including what I paid for the shirt!

I ordered a shirt for Father’s Day and I didn’t receive until after a the holiday. When I received the shirt the quality of the print was horrible. I emailed them and they offered a replacement. I received that shirt 5 weeks later. This shirt was worse then the first one. I don’t recommend this company. They must be using a “for starters machine”.

Ordered shirts June 14th with delivery 6/26-6/30. Today is July 20th and nothing. Just automated responses to emails and recorded outgoing message on phone. Scam company! Do not buy!

I had a similar experience as everyone else. Ordered 2 shirts June 7th and never received anything. Followed up with calls and emails with an automated response as the only reply. I escalated it to PayPal and finally got a refund today. These people are horrible scammers. Do not buy from them!

I ordered two shirts over a month ago and nothing. I paid for expedited shipping and have yet to receive anything. I’ve contact them via email several times only to be given an automated email in return. I tried calling several times as well only to be referred to the email I already sent to. At this point I think it’s safe to say I’ve been scammed out of my money. Please do not order from here! I filed a complaint with the BBB not sure how much help that will be but still people shouldn’t be scammed out of hard earned money.

Ordered a shirt on May 24th to be here by Father's Day. Got notices from them due to Covid it would not be here on time. I have received things from other countries that came faster than this package from Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. I asked for a refund because I had to buy another Father's Day gift since this one wouldn't be here on time and they said because the order was already placed that I wouldn't be able to get a refund. $28 for a very poorly made shirt, and this shirt stinks to High Heavens . Finally yesterday July 13th it came in the mail. Very shoddy work, the T-shirt stinks, and there is paint missing and letters uneven from some of very very shoddy work I am very disappointed. Very cheaply made very shoddy work I would not recommend these folks to make dish Rags for me. I wish I would have read the reviews first. My son is an accomplished musician and he'll prob wear the shirt because it's from his 10 yr old son, but I can't say enough bad about them! The photo only shows part of the shirt.

I ordered a Surprise Shirt For My Husband on June 3, 2020...today is now July 9, 2020 and still the Shirt is Not Here!

And after multiple Tries of connecting with them through email, checking the website to see if my order has been updated and then calling the Customer Service number for them to say Busy and Not able to take calls dueing their listed business hours, I find out They are a Scam! Disgusting! There are so Many ways to make Money! Not by Lying!

Their Auto reply Keeps Giving Me the same thing! And Ive submitted the info over & over!

I ordered a shirt for Father's Day on June 10th and I opted for expedited delivery. I have sent over four emails and all I get is an automated reply. It showd that the shurt is still in "Production."

Same as the rest. Blame the folks who support and run their adds as a legit business as much as these [censored]. Been over 20 days and nothing but canned email replies and a bull[censored] call number. Consider a class action suite against the all mighty facebook for repeatedly running their adds and pushing their content. Facebook should do better, hell they staff that review posts in real time to censor individuals so they should take more responsibility for the companies they promote though their adds. Ah well, live and learn right.

Similar experience to above, I ordered 6 shirts total on June 1, paid for expedited delivery, received an email confirmation that the order should arrive between June 11th and 15th and as of today, July 5th, I have not received anything and the order status still shows “production”, no tracking info. I have emailed their support number and just get an automated response, no personal attention. I am opening a dispute with PayPal at this point. Both occasions have passed (graduation and Father’s Day) and I will not order off a Facebook ad ever again!?

My story is like everyone else here... Ordered May 28th and nothing. But one thing I will point out is you can dispute the charge with your bank... 90 days from purchase keep all emails to go with your dispute. I will be doing a dispute through Visa on Monday and let my bank fight on my behalf.

I ordered 14 shirts from Merri fami shops for fathers day. I placed the order on June 5th and paid for rush shipping. I have already disputed the charges and hopefully will get my money back. As of today I have received 1 shirt in total. I have emailed them on several occasions plus called the fake number and didnt get a response until I told them through email I was disputing the charges which they replied I was unable to do so. complete scam and RIP off company. Buyer Beware.

I really wish I would have seen all of these reviews before I ordered. I have not seen ONE good review. This is horrible. I ordered June 3rd and not it is now June 22nd and still NO Father's Day gift. The number on the website is NOT real. They will give you a email that I will be using but after these reviews it's pointless. They didnt have a problem with deducting my money SUPER quick now I can't get in touch with NOBDY. Iwill NEVER order here again EVER.
