I placed an order on May 6, 2020 now its June 1, 2020 and have not receive anything yet. Have made several emails and attempts to call but only getting automated emails as replies and noone to answer my calls. Can't even do a cancellation.

Ordered 2 tee shirts online through facebook ad on May 1, 2020. Still have not received them by June1, 2020. I have called multiple times and been put on hold only to be told all agents are busy and there is noone to take my call, please call back later.

Fami stores does not have a company phone number to call. They sent me the completely wrong product. You can only email them and they do not respond. I spent $80 on a personalized blanket from Fami stores from an ad on Facebook. The blanket was wrong and they will not correct their error or respond to my many many emails.
