this company is total rubbish!
It took over a month to receive product.
set me the wrong merchandise (wrong size wrong colours and shoddy manufacturing) with no name of company on invoice or package! Not even labels on the clothing!
I had to go through my bank account records just to get the sub company's name so I could write back snail mail.
A total waist of $120...

I ordered two coats from this company on 11/6/18 for $70.89..as soon as I got them I contacted them about a return & full refund, due to the shoddy merchandise 12/7/18, emailed a total of 8 & heard back from 8 different people who were trying to give me discounts on something else, which I refused because I will never buy anything from them & told them this. So they told me to return the merchandise which I did on 1/9/19, at a cost of $10. still they refused to refund my money. I contacted my lawyer who had no luck trying to reach anyone at fashionbestway, or at the address they gave me to return the items. So I tried to get Paypal to get the money back since I used them to pay. Paypal dropped the case says I didn't escalate the complaint, so I dropped Paypal. as late as 5/18/19 They are still giving me the run around I can forward you all the emails for proof. I let them know I would contact ScamPulse.com if no refund, but still nothing. Can you please get my refund back & let all know what a scam this company is...thanks
