We just packed your order and it´s getting ready to be shipped to you! We will send a tracking number to you shortly once we receive it from our logistics partners”. On 27 October I sent them a email that asked for status of my order. On 28 October I received this from Molly-Flamingo, “We can assure you that your order has been shippedUSPS. After an order is placed it is normally shipped within 4-7 business days AFTER being processed and packed, it then takes 7-10 business days after to get to you within certain states in the US. EXCEPT for locations like Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, etc which are not located in the physical country of the AMERICA, whereby orders will arrive in 10 - 30 business days AFTER being processed and packed. In rare cases, shipping can take an extra 2-3 days. Please note that it may take an extra week or two (2) to arrive due to COVID19. They sent me a tracking link which only stated that a label was created but nothing shipped. On the 29 October Noelle-Flamingo sent this by email. “ Our products are shipped in bulk from our factories in Asia and once in the US, they are passed to USPS right away for sorting, processing, and shipping. During this time YOUR ORDER WILL BE IN-TRANSIT IN THE AIR. No tracking information will be available until after it lands and is turned over to the respective postal courier.
From there, you should be able to monitor the movements with the tracking number the courier will provide after updating your shipment in their system. Please allow a few days for tracking to show movement. Then on 10 November I received this by email from Flamingo Team, “ We can assure you that your order has been shipped out on October 19 but it encountered a delay due to the customs clearance, and it currently is located at the American airport awaiting the staff of the post office to pick it up. The tracking is expected to be updated in the coming 2-4 days and then it will show the exact date of delivery. Then on 22 November Lee-Flamingo sent this by email, “ We understand your disappointment and apologize for the delay, due to the global situation and customs clearance, the shipping moves slower than before which is out of our control, and our logistics are doing their best to make your order show movements as soon as possible. But we can assure you that your order 1041354 has been shipped. In this case, we would like to offer you a 20% off coupon for all the inconvenience caused. We will send you the coupon code after having your reply. Hope this issue will be resolved asap. Your time and patience are highly appreciated. Stay well.
I stopped all communication with them after this point. They are a Scam so beware!!

I STILL have not recieved the order from flemingo. It took them no time to take my money for the order.
Flamingo STILL have not supply me with a valid tracking number. I also will never order from here again and will definitely spread the word.
I would've been more patient if I atleast had a valid tracking number...not a fake tracking number. They told me they will not refund my money or send me a VALID tracking number showing my order in real time transit.

Being that it is an incorrect/incomplete address you entered, there is nothing we can do to help.

One that is not my address. So I ask for the tracking number and all they have was the zip code on the tracking number. They are a scam and I’m so mad that people would do this don’t order from them

Made a purchase April 17th 2020 they sent a confirmation on April 18th 2020 had no problem taking my money.
April 22nd 2020 send me a tracking number through FedEx. Checked tracking showed only they made the label. Waited about a week checked again still nothing, contacted their support email. They responded with.....

Your order has been shipped and is in-transit, however, due to COVID-19 shipping times are moving slower than usual.
Please extend some patience to the post as they are working hard to get your order to you.

Waited another week checked again still nothing, then I contacted FedEx gave them my tracking number and they told me I needed to contact the company because they only printed the label and never gave FEDEX the package. So once again I contacted Felicia and she responds with
We regret to inform you that due to the current global situation, the delivery time might take longer than expected. Yet, your parcel is on its way to you, please give it a few more days to update the estimated delivery date. We're positive that you will receive your order very soon.

So I went on their reviews OMG all horrible LOL now mad at myself because I should have done my own research before making a purchase. They even have complaints with the BBB.
They have a address in Texas, but label said it was coming from Inglewood, California. And what's even more shady their about us on their stupid website says clearly......NORMAL SHIPPING WITHIN THE US
After an order is placed it is normally shipped within 2-4 business days after being processed and packed, it then takes 7-10 business days after to get to you.
Our shipping process:
We use a two legged shipping method which takes 7-10 business days after an order is placed and packed. Our products are shipped in bulk from our factories in Asia and once in the US, they are passed to USPS right away for sorting, processing and shipping.
From there, you should be able to monitor the movements with the tracking number USPS will be providing after updating your shipment in their system. That's why you see the "Pre-Shipment in TX or NY" status for a few days. The entire process is usually completed within a 7-10 days period.
At this point your order is on its way, and waiting for USPS to update your tracking number in their system.
Please give it the amount of days mentioned for tracking to show movement.
They are clearly a scam/fraud and need to be stopped. California, Texas, Asia wherever they are from need to be stopped.
I will also be making a complaint with the Feds so they can bring this people down for taking people's money.
