I initially purchased a $9.99 kneewrap from FlexWrap using FSA funds and card. A few days later I received notification via email that additional charges were being charged to same card, when I realized this company may be fraudelent I reached out to company and they apologized for the misunderstanding meaning that this was a membership deal and thats why there were addional charges. At that point I asked to cancel the purchase and requested a reimbursement this was on March 16th. After several attempts to try and get resolution via email ([email protected]) and phone call which there is no phone to contact directly. I have submitted a transaction dispute to my credit card for the total of $209.97 and now sharing with you so that this company is investigated. Thank you.

I think you're making a legit purchase for 9.99 from FlexWrap.

They never send product and suddenly there are multiple charges on cc. I lost $209.97.

I ordered patellar wraps for knees advertised at $22.89 from FlexWrap. FlexWrap charged me twice, $29.99 apiece, on March 2,2026. I now find two other charges made March 16. Both are for $49.99 (apiece).

Then also on March 16 they charged me $149.99 for a “lifetime Guarantee” which I never ordered or would imagine—when I thought I was buying one pair of knee protectors for $22.89

Bought knee brace for 9.99 on 3/14/26 from FlexWrap (yet to receive). I saw their ad on Facebook. Without my consent they charged 49.99 on 3/15/26 and 149.99 on 3/16/26, totaling $209.97. I tried emailing [email protected] from the USA but got no real help.
