I ordered a knee wrap from Flex Wrap that was advertised online for $9.99 on Flexwrap.co. The product was never delivered.

After the purchase I was charged an additional $49.99. I then contacted the company via [email protected] to cancel the order and request a refund.

Customer support confirmed that the order had been cancelled and told me my refund would be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Instead of receiving the refund, I was later charged $149.99 even though the order had already been cancelled.

I contacted the company multiple times and received additional messages stating my refund had been processed and would appear within 5 to 7 business days. No refund has been issued.

In total I was charged $208.97 for a product that was never delivered.

FlexWrap.co charged me 9.99 for knee bands that I never received. One week later, they fraudulently charged my debit card 49.99 and then 149.99 - un authorized for no reason. I emailed them twice at [email protected] with no response. The total I lost was $209.97.
