I ordered through this company and they had hidden charges that they claimed were visible at checkout and they were not and then they never sent the actual item. They claimed I signed up for a service so they charged me a monthly service fee and I have not been refunded. Now the website is not available.

Ordered knee straps at 14.99 from Flexwrapco.com. 2-3 weeks later was hit for 49.99 and they tried for 149.99 my bank hit it for fraud. Contacted flexwrapco stated never authorized the lifetime warranty which isn't one but quote a scam for online trainer/ etc. Was told would receive a refund. Now all communication goes to undeliverable.

Saw an ad on Instagram for knee supports bands from Flexwrapco.com that looked legit. Bought said bands for $9.99 through ad, and nothing was mentioned about a membership. 3 days later, they charged me $49.99. I emailed them at [email protected] immediately and was told that I signed up for a monthly subscription that was disclosed to me through the checkout of the bands. That was a lie. I was assured that everything was canceled and that a refund of the $49.99 charge was initiated. A day later, this same company attempted to charge my account $149.99! I emailed them yet again and was told that there was a glitch in there system that caused the debit attempt, and that it was being fixed, and that I was getting a refund for the $49.99 charge. It's been over 15 days, and I still haven't received that refund for the total $58.98.

I purchased a one time order of 2 patellar straps that were supposed to come the next day from Facebook for the price of 19.98 on March 14th from SP 10flexwrapco (on bank receipt). That was all that I ordered. When it didn't arrive, I checked the website FlexWrapCo.com, and saw that it hadn't left overseas yet. I also saw a charge for 149.99 that was placed without my knowledge and consent as a recurring transaction on March 16th, bringing my total loss to $169.97. I sent several emails to [email protected], called the number (580) 668-0020, and went through the website to ask for a refund and deletion of my information. They said that they would get back to me in 48 hours, and then deleted their website, phone, and shut down their email [email protected] and [email protected]. please help me get back my money.

Total fraud from FlexWrapCo.com. They make it sound professional with all these positive reviews. All BS. They charged me $209.99 for the wrap that Im never going to get. Then they charged me additional $49.99. That went through.

The next day they ran my card for $149.99.

I contacted them at [email protected] and they said it would take two to three days for me to get a refund. That was last week Monday. We're into a new week and there's still no refund. (No, there was no information during the checkout process about a membership free).

I purchased a product from Flexwrapco.com. They ended up adding overpriced warranties and subscriptions. Also, they said they would refund me in 3 business days but it never happened. I had to have my bank get invoked.

Saw an advertisement on Instagram for Patella straps from a company called FlexWrap Co. Ordered the straps for $9 on their site, FlexWrapCo.com. I have an invoice for $9 but was charged $49 and then $149 two days later, totaling $200 lost. Was never charged the original $9 on the invoice they sent me. Now the website is down and customer support at [email protected] does not email you back after they said I would receive a refund. I reported it to my bank.

- Sand Springs, OK, USA • Mar 30, 2026

Ad on social media for Flexwrapco.com. Cost $9.99. Product never received then two more charges showed up on my account. One for $49.99 and another for $149.99, totaling over $200 lost. I emailed [email protected], someone initially replied saying they would refund my money. They never happened so I emailed again and the email and website www.flexwrapco.com are no longer working.

Saw an add on instagram for an item I would benefit from, I placed the order for $9.99 on flexwrapco.com, in about 10 days I was charged $149.99 for a monthly subscription I never signed up for.

I clicked on an ad I received on a social media website for a knee support strap from a company called Flex Wrap Co. I had just spoken to my dad, who has been havin knee issues, so I thought it'd be nice to get him some. The product was $14.99 with a free "Lifetime Guarantee." A couple weeks later, I went to my Shop app, and it said I also had a product of a Lifetime Guarantee from Flex Wrap Co. for $49.99. I emailed their support team and received a reply indicating the charges would be reversed in 5 - 7 business days. A couple days later, I tried to check on my order, but the website no longer exists. I then emailed them to follow up, and the support email came back as undeliverable. I will be reporting the fraudulent charges to my bank.

I ordered these flex wraps for my husbands knees and they took out the $9.99 for the product and then the next day took out $49.99. So I contacted the company and got replies stating that when I made the purchase, it came with a monthly subscription and stated it was on their website at checkout, but they would be more than happy to cancel my subscription and refund me my money in 2 to 3 business days. They also sent me a tracking number to track the product which never updated. I reached out again to follow up on my refund and I was told 5 to 7 business days that time has passed so I reached out for a third time and now my emails won’t be delivered and the website is gone. This is definitely a scam.

- Cape Coral, FL, USA • Mar 24, 2026

I clicked on an Instagram ad for a knee support strap from a company called Flex Wrap Co. I added the product to my cart, but never completed the purchase. Later that day, my credit card was not only charged $9.99 for the knee strap I didn’t order, but also $49.99 and $149.99 for a “membership” I didn’t even know about. I emailed their support team and received a reply indicating the charges would be reversed in 2-3 business days. I waited 5 business days and the charges still had not been reversed, so I sent a follow-up message to the same email address. It came back as undeliverable. Additionally, the Flex Wrap Co. website is no longer accessible. I reported the fraudulent charges to my credit card company so hopefully they will be reversed and I will not incur a loss. My advice, don’t click on Instagram ads
