I ordered two custom dog ID tags on January 24, 2024.

1. The site submitted my order twice and thus charged my card twice.

2. On February 18, 2024 I was notified by email that a shipping label had been created for the order, the status has not changed from “pre-shipment”/“carrier awaiting package” since that date.

3. I emailed the shop on April 7, 2024 asking for an update on my order and got a response back on April 19, 2024 apologizing for the delay and attributing the wait to a high volume of orders. It was also stated that my order was nearly completed and would be handed off to USPS in “the next few days.”

4. On May 28, 2024 I followed up once again and asked if my order would be shipped soon and if not I requested a refund. I have not heard anything back since. I also attempted to contact the shop on all their social media platforms.
