I received a letter in the mail from FM Global stating I was a sweepstakes  winner.  I was told I was a selected winner entitles to  $50,000.  I received  a  check for the amount of  $3,300 with  the letter.  I had to pay Non-resident tax payment of  $2,000 . I was to  send  payment by moneygram or western union.
