My experience is exactly as this response "I fell for an ad on Facebook offering Hoka shoes on clearance. I clicked thru to the website, they used the Hoka logo, made themselves look like the Hoka website, and called themselves Hoka USA clearance. I made a purchase, and received a confirmation email, but then quickly realized that this is not Hoka and not an authorized Hoka retailer. There was an email address supplied for any questions with the order. I wrote to the email and requested to cancel the order and have the charges reversed. I received the reply: “Sorry, the package is already in transit and cannot be canceled at the moment.” And nothing else. The confirmation email does include links that say “view your order” and “visit our store”, but no way to track the order. I don’t want to click on any links in case there’s malware involved. My credit card company can’t do anything because I authorized the payment and the company claims my order is in transit."

This company presented itself as Hoka USA in an Facebook ad and offered last season’s clearance of Hoka brand sneakers. Upon my purchase, this company sent me an email which included an order number, and two email addresses to contact them. The email also provided a link to View Your Order and an additional link to Visit our Store. Neither link worked. The email also advised that it will take up to 20 days to receive the order or more due to the Christmas shipping season. After 30 days I tried contacting them at the two email addresses they provided to no avail. To date, this company is still advertising on Facebook.

They advertised on Facebook as a clearance sale on Hoka shoes. I ordered 3 pair, but never received them. I got a confirmation email for the order, right after, but no way to track the order. They had the email address of [email protected] in the email for any questions. They never replied to my emais when i asked about the order, etc. My credit card was charged the amount, but never received the shoes. Lost $79.95 on this scam!
