Scammed Out of $45
No mailing address and no phone number should have been major red flags. Filed a dispute with my bank. Should have done it much sooner. Hopefully I get the $45 back this company stole. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! They'll take your money and then ghost you. Shameful.

I lost $96
I placed my order in August 2023, with 2 items and they only sent me 1 after 2 months
My second order was September 2023,with 3 items and they only sent 1 after 2 months
I’ve been sending them emails
And they just replying saying that they apologize and in 2 weeks they will send the other pieces but nothing.
3 weeks ago they stoped responding to my emails
**Sad that they use Gods name to scam people :(

Not a scam, just terrible customer service
I reached out to the brand via their orders email. No response ever. I reached out via Instagram. I got a response and apologies but was only offered a coupon code for my next order if I wanted to return it or a partial refund if I kept it. I just wanted my freaking money back.
I said “partial refund” then since that’s the best they can give. They saw my message and NEVER gave me the money back. I reached out several times over. They have ignored me since. I wouldn’t trust these influencer brands on social media. You’re making them rich off your hard earned money.
