I was suppose to get a free trial of the product. I was charged $199.88 on Feb 27, 2024 and also on March, 2024. I was switching accounts and the second payment was caught by the First Bank Kansas. I have another order of the product. I have changed my card and no longer want to receive any of their products. I also want to return.. No luck on the phone number on the website.

I believe the ScamPulse.com already have an alert on this company and is having trouble connecting with them. I used a phone number I had 886-207-7444 and didn't get any answer. recording saying wrong number

Add was on my Facebook page, "Win a Gibson Guitar ". Was presented in form of scratch off lottery ticket. After playing, was advised I had won a Guitar, all that would be required to receive prize would be to pay 9.95 for shipping. As soon as I paid for shipping, I checked my credit card account to find a charge from this vendor for 24.19.

I have disputed this charge with my credit card company. I did not authorize 24.19, nor did I buy cosmetics.

I emailed the address provided, cancelling the order with their order number. Never received any confirmation or reply from this company.

This website charges $11 to return an item on top of keeping the shipping charges. Returning merchandise gets me less than half what I paid back and nothing for it.

I place an order for the Bio Pure KETO Gummies for 2 bottles. I received two weeks later a package of 5 Keto Gummies and my account was charged 199.00 . I tried to contact them but there wasn't any contact info in the packet that was sent. This seems like a scam they charged my account without my permission. I want my money back because I did not agree to continue with the gummies.

Thanks

I paid 9,14 $ for one product. It charge me more 275.79$. Non contact email. I have this customer service : 1(833)435-4519. Becarfull

Enhanced jWellness advertised pay only shipping and handling and receive 1 bottle free. I paid $6.95 on 6/22/2023 then on 7/2/2023 I was charged $119.95 additionally I called 8442086715 woman answered said

i agreed to if not cancelled within 7 days I would be charged with the $119.95 I told no where did it state that and she said yes it did. She offered a percentage off and I told her no I was returning the bottle back this was on July 5. I was so upset and called my bank and cancelled my debit card. My credit union told me to report it to Better Business Bureau. I feel this is so unethical and not fair business. I did post on facebook that this Enhanced Wellness was not using ethical business practices and to beware of this.

Enhanced Wellness per site it stated purchase bottle for diabetes - it is to help lower blood sugar.  It stated just pay 6.95 and only pay shipping and handling to receive free bottle.  I entered my info to purchase this item.  This was on 6/22/2023 then on 7/2 I was charged 119.95 and i called the number on my bank charge and a lady said yes because if i purchased this bottle i agreed to the 119.95 charge if i did not call to cancel in 7 days.  I did not see anything anywhere about any 7 d

i clicked on an ad in daily mail for some cbd that kills pain and helps you sleep. it said get 2 bottles free just for price of shipping. i clicked to their website trileaf and clicked on to get the 2 free bottles for price of shipping. but it would not print me out an invoice, nor show me cost of shipping... so i tried to find a link to cancel order. then i got an email, thank you for an order of 5 bottles of cbd with 2 free bottles for $199.88. i sent them an email to cancel order as i only wanted to try the 2 free bottles with free shipping as i am allergic to red dye and not sure i can take them as they are really a deep red. i got no response. so i called them and a non english speaking gentleman was reading me a large word salad policy on and on... stating that no cancel was possible even thought it hadn't even been 1/2 an hour at midnight. then told him i would just cancel payment at capital one... then he threatened me that i would be doing no such thing... not possible... i okayed the order. so i called capital one and it was very very very static... with a non english speaking woman that said i would have to wait till their fraud department was OPEN and then request a cancel payment! so hung up and called again and got another non english speaking guy that sounded just like the guy from trileaf? so i had my son call capital one off my credit card bill number and have my credit card number cancelled and a new card is being made.

The Social media add was offering a free bottle just for paying shipping, when I called to find out where my free bottle was they say it was not shipped, so they re ship it with the complete address information, they also told me I was on a trial period that I had to call back to cancel before certain date. So I received my "free bottle", then I tried it, but was not really surprised with the results, so I called back within the trial period that they informed me on my previous phone call, it turned out because I was cancelling my trial, they said that if I get to keep the bottle I have to pay $135 or if I was gonna go ahead and cancel, I had to return back the bottle to an address provided on a future email, I requested a shipping label, they say they don't provide shipping labels, and on the email stated that when they'll receive back the bottle, they will apply a 35% re stocking fee to my returned bottle.

So, If I knew it was not a free bottle from the beginning I will not put myself under these unpleasant experiences. Thank you for your time to read my experience.

They took the money automatically from my credit card. They said I authorized them to do that by ordering the product. I read nothing about that when ordering. They said they would refund $77 now and take me off the automatic subscription. I tried to refuse but figured I would fight for the rest. I am not pleased with $77.

Hopefully you can help get the rest back. They said they sent 2 bottles, I just opened the first set, second bottle. I told him if it helped I would have ordered more. I didn't need there help with an automatic subscription.

A knee brace was offered for shipping and handling only. Later I found a $45. charge including s&h on my credit card

I wanted to try their weight loss product, so I ordered a 30 day supply. The product didn’t work. Then I got a bill, a charge to my checking account for $200, when I called them, they claimed I signed up for a subscription renewal, which I did not. I called them immediately and told them I didn’t sign up for a subscription. They told me I would still have to pay for another $200 for the pills that they were sending, because of the subscription that I didn’t sign up for. This all seems like this reputable business practice , and it is especially reprehensible, considering that I am a senior citizen. I told them if I get charged again for anything that I would be calling my lawyer, and I informed them that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. They were unfazed by this, because they think themselves untouchable apparently .

I placed an order online for Keto Weight Loss Gummies that resulted in repeated, monthly charges. No where in my receipt did the order confirm a monthly charge/subscription, nor was I provided the terms and conditions to cancel additional orders / payments. I did not receive any further communication regarding additional shipments / charges. When I attempted to contact their Customer Service Center, they would not authorize a return and refund of the product "as stated in their terms and conditions", that they cannot provide.

Their website is invalid and there is no other way to contact their business beyond the customer support number or support email address.

I visited a site that advertised Keto + ACV gummies. The site showed a Fox News report, claimed celebrity backing and claimed Shark Tank funding. None of which is true of course. They charged me $120 more than I agree to. I tried calling and the number didn't work. I emailed within 10 minutes to cancel the order. I found alternate numbers on the charge statement and called. They offered a discount which I refused. I don't want a discount, I want a full refund. They advertised 100% money back guarantee. I asked for confirmation that I would not be charged further and they said they were sending an email confirmation. They refused any refund and when I asked them to wait for me to get the email confirmation they said it takes 48 hours to go through and hung up on me. I obviously should have known this was a scam - but hoping by sharing my disgrace it will spare someone else. They have my credit card info, address, and name.

I received an add for a knee brace for $6.95 to cover shipping. As I attempted to place the order I received a pop up window stating "insufficient funds" so I deleted the link add. Upon reviewing my credit card statement a few months later I noticed a charge for $6.95 and an additional charge $37.57. I made several attempts to contact the company by email to advise them the order was never completed because I received a pop up window during the order process stating "insufficient funds" and that I never received the item.

This was an ad for Keto Gummies for Weight Loss. I ordered 2 bottles on 1/03/23 and there was no way to prevent the site from ordering a subscription for continuing shipments every 30 days. I was uncomfortable with that and attempted to cancel the entire order later that day, only to be told that it had already shipped. I returned the shipment unopened to the address on the shipping label. Discover Card tells me that I was required to have used the RMA instructions of the merchant. I have never dealt with this type of sleaze operation before, so I did not check the specified procedures for returning the product. However, I doubt that I would have been compensated no matter what I did, because when I tried to reach the vendor's customer service by telephone subsequently, I was never able to speak with a representative, but transferred to a line that then went dead.

I attempted to buy 1 bottle of keto gummies to try. Somehow 5 shipped; the next month I was charged an additional $199.99. I immediately disputed the charge and tried to call the company on the credit card charge. You can't reach anyone and you wind up in an endless non-responsive answering message.

Website offers a free pair of compression socks if you pay $6.95 for shipping and handling. During the purchase they try and upsell you on all kinds of products and services. Never during the transaction do they tell you that by ordering the free pair of socks they automatically enroll you in their pain management VIP club that is a free trial for the first 14 days, but will charge you a monthly fee after the free trial is up. They automatically take the payment out of whatever you used to pay for the shipping and handling. They actually have the actually notice on the same page of the website where the offer the sock deal all the way at the bottom and then in very small print they say they will charge you after the 14 day free trial is up. They also said they sent a warning email that you will be charged when your free trial is up but I never received it. So the charge hit my Venmo account only 13 and a half days after making my purchase. Purchased on March 4th at 3:36 PM and the monthly charge hit my account on March 18th at 3:36 AM so I was still in my 14 day free trial. I canceled immediately and they refuse to refund my money after several attempts contacting them.

add said it was Willie Nelsons cbd gummies and offered a one time free bottle for just paying 6.99 for shipping. I entered my name address credit card and promo code and when I confirmed the information it showed i had been charges 199.88 on my card. Website went away and did not allow me to cancel. I have reported to my credit card company and now they are going to issue a new card and i will have to contact every company i do business with to report the credit card has changed. I have found the same website add again and please see below.

I ordered 2 skin care products for just the shipping and handling on 6/21/22. I did remember receiving these products.

On 7/15/2 and 8/15/22 there were charges on my credit card for $12.49 each. I did not receive anything for these charges.

Also starting on 7/1/22 there were monthly charges for $105.88 and $109.88. These charges continued monthly thru Jan 2023.

I never received any products for these charges. I called the phone number on the credit card statement and was told they would only refund the charges from Nov thru Jan which is $647.28. They denied knowing the getjgcproducts.com and the charges of $12.49.

COMPRESSION SOCKS

I brought socks from backsocksleeve.com, it only stated I had to pay shipping an handling and then a month later charged my debit card and additional $37.
