In December 2021 I received a text message that appeared to have come from my cell phone carrier. It advertised a free smart watch. I just had to pay $5.99 shipping/handling. Several weeks later I received the “Smart” watch as well as earbuds. There was no paperwork or receipt included. Also I never received an email confirmation for this purchase. I figured I’d been scammed and put the fake watch and ear buds in a drawer and forgot about it. I received a phone call in April of 2022 saying that my subscription and charge for the watch weren’t paid for and that I had to pay over $200 to cancel the subscription. I offered to return the watch but they said it had to be returned within 30 days of receiving it. But there was no way to return this watch because no receipt was given. They threatened ruining my credit and also offered to bring the bill down to $71.99. When I asked them for a website where I could pay they couldn’t provide me with one claiming that they represent multiple products. When you call the 888 phone number it is the same story-you need to pay but they can’t send me a receipt, give me a website or any other way to verify that they are legit. They didn’t call me for a couple of months but now they’re calling me daily and it’s always a local phone number and area code. But you can’t return the call to that number. I would love to get these people to stop calling me!

I responded to an ad and it was for a free skin tag remover, when I realized that the product was only "free" if I purchased 3 and got 2 free. I listed my info and before I could approve the sale or check the sale the form vanished. I contacted by credit card company and discovered a charge of !99.00 was pending for this company. I was advised to contact them which I did, I agreed to purchase the original offer which was 59.00, They agreed to deduct 120.00 from the 199.00. when I followed up with my credit company the charges were listed as pending but a new charge was applied in the amount of 59.00. I never authorized this nor consented. A pending deduction of 120.00 was listed but the extra 59.00 charge was not consented to by me nor was this additional charge discussed. This company has an invalid email, no listed address the only contact is a phone number which is 888-541-2259. I again called but was placed on hold and a recording stated that I could leave a message which I did. I advised that I was disputing the charge, I did want the product ,that they did not have any consent to apply another added charge and that I was reporting this issue. They were asked on on Dec22 to send me the info on the charges to my email which they agreed to do but I did not receive any. I reported this to the FTC and I hope that no one else gets scammed like I did. I have reported this to my credit company but they cannot do anything until the purchase goes through.

TRS LIMITED - LIFE CBD OF Tampa promoted CBD on a Social Media site for a free bottle of CBD if you paid shipping and handling. The CDB was ordered and received the bottle of CBD in July of 2020 and paid the shipping and handling fee of $6.95.

In December 2020 received a letter from National Medical Administrators, INC. (a collection company ) of Norcross , Ga stating there was an outstanding balance of $119.97 for 3 additional bottles of CBD that was never ordered and never received. The letter stated that it had to be disputed in writing within 30 days which it was.

In July of 2021 Tate & Kirlin Associates (another Collection Company) of Langhorne, Pa sent a letter offering an invoice for 75% of the disputed balance of $119.97. Again was told to contact office within 30 days to dispute the claim - which did send a letter to dispute.

In October 2022 got contacted with phone call by Structured Settlements Chagrin Falls Ohio . 1-440-514- 5408 This time was told had to pay the $119.97 or would be turned over to credit bureau.

This TRS-LIMITED - LIFE CBD is a scam because if you order a free bottle and pay for shipping and handling of $6.95 - was just told you also had signed up for continuing subscription. We never intended to sign up for a continuous subscription nor ever received any product other than the original bottle for Shipping of $6.95.

Dear sir I want to repport Gemini Keto Gummies they are fraudelant and a scam. I ordered gummies from them online, only once. they keep on sending the gummies and take it from my bank account. If I send them e mails to these e mail addresses it does not exist at all: [email protected] or [email protected]. I called the number from Eye-catching listed on my credit card for $66.97. to see what this charge was for. I placed an order with a department store and then they send you with a list of things to order and all that is supposed to be charged is the shipping and handling. I had a bill for the above charge for a monthly membership that I did not authorized for this amount each month???!!! When I called 866-943-9745 and spoke with John he said I was sent a coupon and I was to call in 72 hours regarding the membership. I do not know that I received any of this information. The shipping and handling was $7.99 which they will keep. He told me if I send it back, I would not get my money back. I ordered a robo vacuum and it is a very light weight cheap plastic item that is VERY poor quality-made in China. Bottom line is I am unable to get any money back. I asked him the name of his country and he said ":he is unable to give me that information????!!!

This is very deceptive and so my credit card company is working on it. Why are these allowed to be presented? Many companies have this add on option!!!!! I am a widow and 82 years old. Terrible trickery!!!!!!!!!!!!! John mentioned Selected Premier Discount. So sad, this is what our customer service is doing!!!

This company advertised as Ultimate Keto Gummies and the shipments came from a company called Quick Trim Diet Labs. I can't find a website at all now and they didn't send me any receipt or proof of the order. Their advertising states that Oprah Winfrey is their spokesperson. I read all through the fine print to be sure I wasn't signing up for a subscription and that it was a one time purchase. There was nothing in the terns and conditions about needed to call them an cancel within 30 days. I have been charged another $200 and the customer support person I called would only offer to refund 50% of the amount. I asked to speak to a manager and waited on the line and the woman told me that I would have to call back in 5-10 minutes and now every time I call back the same person, named Jesse keeps saying that she cannot hear anyone on the line and then hangs up. Every time. I do not know if the subscription is cancelled and I now I have no customer service number to call. The number I am trying to call is 866-988-8476. Someone please try to call and see if she can actually hear you. I'm not sure what to do now and I am just out $200.
