I purchased 3 dog beds for $69.97 each, but when I got them, it was nothing like the website shows. The beds were shows as thick, tall, and comfortable beds. I received them in a vacuum sealed bag, so I let them out to air out, fluff up, and it's been a week & it's still flat, no fluff. I emailed them 3 times to make the complaint with no response. I then looked at my PayPal acct & it shows a different email, so I emailed them again. They responded for me to hit it with a stick/clothes hanger & let it fluff up on it's own. I replied to them with pictures of their website & pictures of the beds I received & how different they looked. They offer me a discount of 10%, then 20%, then 30%, then back to 10%. I declined & told them it's not the money, it's the quality of the products for my dogs. They told me to ship it back to China but it was my responsibility to ship it back, but if it gets lost, they won't refund it to me. That makes me think that they plan on "losing" the products during shipment, and that gives them the opportunity to not refund me my money, pay for shipping, and also lose the products that I paid for. I kept emailing them back to send me return shipping labels & I will ship it back to them.
