Buyer Beware! Gadgetsul runs a shameful operation which takes you money and does not provide the ordered product. They do not respond to inquiries and have not provided my order placed on 8/21/20 at a cost of $99.99. Is anyone currently seeking legal action, this would potentially make for a great class action lawsuit.

I BOUGHT FREEZAIR FOR $89.99 ON LINE WITH MY U.S. CREDIT CARD ON SEPT. 5.2020.IT WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY GIVING ME FALSE ORDER NUMBER .I TRIED TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY THROUGH E-MAIL THEY SAID THIS ORDER # NOT FOUND. I E-MAILED KELLY DORMAN SHE WAS SENDING BACK AN E-MAIL THAT SHE WILL REFUND ME . MY $89.99 NEVER REFUNDED. FINALLY I CALLED U.S. CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER SERVICE. U.S BANK REFUND MY$89.99 AND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE THIS DISPUTED CHARGE. THANKS ALOT U.S. BANK

I received the same email from Kelly Dorman. Bought the PowerPro x5 from Gadgetsul back in early September 2020. Never received them but my Pay Pal was charged. Going through Pay Pal to get my money back from this Scam company.

I paid with credit card for three freeze it coolers 179.99 on 8/16/20. An email was sent acknowledging purchase and items were never sent. The items were never came. On 9/4/20 I received an email from Kelly Dorman( contact+canned [email protected]) after I used their tracker system that told me my order number was invalid. The email said the order was being processed and a service representative would contact me shortly. But it never happened. They give no phone number for contact. I now know I have been scammed. The charge on my account was made by shoprogear.com

I ordered a neck massager with an extended warranty on June 18, 2020. My credit card was charged $61.99. To this date, I have not received the product nor have I been refunded my money despite asking for it numerous times.

They claimed they will contact you within 24 hours on one site once you post a problem and on another site they claim they will contact you within 48 hours, but they don't respond at all.

The company I placed my order with was called freshsleep360.com. I will only order from Amazon from now on.

PLEASE WARN OTHERS OF THESE CROOKS.

On May 5/2/2020 on the Gadgetsul website we ordered (2) Safe Breath Pro x1 face mask $89.99 (COVID-19) . Our credit card was charged the next day through FRESHSLEEP360.COM 3022613084 NY . On 5/3/2020 received an email saying he was one of the owners ( no name mentioned) thanking for our orders email on the bottom showed Top EPS LLC3 German Dr. unit 4 # 1611 Wilmington,DE 19804. Sent several emails and like everyone who got scammed email comes back the same from “Kelly Dorman” canned so you can’t reply. I will be filing with the BBBIN NY and DE.

We placed and order before COVID pandemic fully broke out. $90 for two masks. After three months, we finally received our order which included only one full mask and part of another. Company is unresponsive. Now we have basically one mask that cost $90. We do not recommend this company.

I also ordered 4 mask with the filters and I spent $200 and when my package arrived after month and a half the mass that I receive were not the ones that they showed me that I was going to get. Then I emailed them and the young lady name Kelly dorman emailed me back saying that since I open the mask they couldn’t Receive them back and that they would give me a 50% refund and this was May 16 and now it’s June 23 and I still have not received nor have they contacted me and I have emailed them about me not getting my refund

sent another email asking for refund if they couldn't deliver and have not been contacted again.

This entity is very dangerous and dishonest. More than a scam. Stealing, cheating and lying are their speciality.,be careful with anyone calling on their behalf, especially someone called Kelly DORMAN.. I am in the process of suing them for stealing from me $170.00. This people should be behind bars.

Do not order from Gadgetsul!
They owe me $439.95. They had emailed me that I would be getting this back within 5 to10 days. It's now over a month and no credit back. Each time I email them about this, I get the same exact generic email response from Kelly Dorman saying she/he will check with accounting and will get back to me as soon as possible.
She/he never does. I don't believe Kelly Dorman is actually the person's real name.
There is more to this, however, I am so angry at these scammers that it's hard for me to go on writing about it. Just want to warn people. And think about it, if by any chance you receive one mask after over a month, you will see it is not worth $60.00 + the cost of filters (5 for $19.99). That's $80.00. Quality is not there.
And order filters again later? How long would you have to wait? And you might not ever receive them. And any returns? Where do you send it back? They will never credit you back and will take whatever they can.
