There are multiple websites with different name all using the same phone # 321 384 9062.

or

Multiple folks have reported this site and got scammed for the same $149.95.

Google still lists them in their search.

This site "helps" people get their TSA Pre Check and Global Entry applications for travel and the Trusted Travelers Program by the Border Patrol and TSA groups. It is listed in a few places that they are not a government site. Some of this is small print and if you dig deeper it is more clear. The initial welcome site does not make it very clear that this is a third party paid site. They do pass through the $100 fee for global entry and that goes to the Feds in some fashion. They then charge a service fee of 150% of the fee required ($150).

Short of it is they are thieves taking advantage of anyone not paying full attention and assuming they are or still are, on the actual government web site. Its just a crappy business model and outright theft for $150 to hand off your info to the actual Feds.

I completed an online application for TSA Pre Check and paid $149.95 with a credit card which posted to my credit card account on 4/28/24. After no correspondence or attempt to set up an interview I emailed the TSA Contact Center and looked on the website to see the status of my application only to find there was not one reflected. In researching the phone number associated with the charge on my bank statement it was found this was a scam and already listed as such on the BBB.

Website set up to mimic us global entry. Requires all passport drivers license & global entry info

- Portland, OR, USA • Apr 28, 2024

Website that mimics US Government Global Entry website and requires all personal data including passport information, address history, and credit card information purporting to be the first step in the Global Entry application process. After payment it states that it's not a government organization.

Site comes up in top 2 google search placement for "Global Entry renewal" and looks like .gov site. Site asks for sensitive information and charges $149 fee for assistance and $100 for global entry fee. When I realized I was being scammed, I asked to CANCEL the order. They then text message and emailed me. The email said:

Apr 22, 2024, 4:21?PM CDT

Hello ********,

This is Jade from Global Entry Assistance. I received your message asking if it's possible to cancel your order.

I would love to accommodate your request, but your application is currently being processed. All you need to do now is wait for a second email with follow-up details.

However, we do listen to our clients, and here is how I’m able to help you. I can ask my manager to refund you $37 off our service fee - this is a 25% refund which takes both parties into consideration since we are working on completing your order."

The website in question is the top search result when searching for "Global Entry" on google. It appears to be a sponsored result in order to be the top search result.

They claim to offer expedited services to get global entry approval from the US government, but they are not government associated whatsoever. They ask for personally identifiable information as well as credit card information to complete this service. However, no receipt or proof of services rendered is provided at all.

I was looking to apply for Global Entry and this website is the first result that appears when you search for Global Entry on Google. I applied for Global Entry through this site, it looked suspicious as it costs $100 more than the typical Global Entry application fee, but it looked like a legitimate website. I realized afterwards that this was a scam and was able to receive a full refund and reported it to my bank. While I was able to receive a full refund, this company now has my personal information including my license number, my passport number, home address, email address, phone number and employer information.

the scammer posed as pre tsa website, making it seem as though I was dealing with a government website. I received confirmation & appointment, I was charged $148.95 on March 30, 2024. Upon arriving at my appointment for TSA Precheck, I told the woman about my online experience and paying $148.95, she advised me that was not a legitimate company & had me file complaints with FTC , TSA gov and ScamPulse.com as well as dispute it with my credit card company.

I was trying to renew my global entry. The scammer's website appeared as one of the top search results. I stupidly filled out the form with ALL my personal information and paid the fees, only realizing after the fact that the website was not affiliated with the government at all.

Fake global entry page

- Medfield, MA, USA • Mar 19, 2024

I wanted Global Entry and proceeded to go on Global Entry Assistance site thinking it was a government site. I should have know better since the url was not .gov but, the website looked official so I did not question it. I HOPE it is a legit third party site that does the work to expedite the process to receive global entry but, I am so worried about my personal info. I gave them my license and passport numbers! Please help!

I attempted to apply for TSA. The government website is confusing because you have to go through a vendor. So, when I quickly tried to apply while multitasking I clicked on an ad instead of the government vendor. I applied and paid $149 for nothing. If you go to the TSA vendor website it's free to apply. This fraudulent website charges you to support you in getting TSA, supposedly, but there's no need for their "assistance" at all. They "scheduled" me an appointment at Staples, which is where the government vendor is and I could've done this all for free! WHen I try to change my appointment through their website, it brings me to the TSA vendor site but I can't change my appointment because it says the system doesn't have my credentials. I'm not sure what would happen if I showed up at Staples - would they even have my information? I'm frustrated I fell for this, and don't want others to do the same. I just lost $149 and will be disputing it through my credit card.

I searched for Global Entry Application in Google, and this site came up. I entered all of my minor child's information before realizing the scam. I did not pay any money, but I am worried that they now have her sensitive personal information!

I was trying to apply for global entry and the first link on my phone was the scam website. I was unaware it was a scam website as Google had it labeled as a Sponsored link. After I inputted my credit card information, it charged a $150 application fee and said we would get back to you. Upon review, this was obviously scam and immediately changed my credit card number.

I googled global entry application and clicked on what I thought was the us.gov website. I realized it was not when I had two separate charges on my card and then got an email from ge assist.

- Wethersfield, CT, USA • Mar 09, 2024

I was trying to sign up to tsa precheck on my cell phone. not realizing it was a fake service. I provided personal information and my payment. I have since opened a dispute with American express and requested a refund. they offered a credit and have never provided an appointment time. I was able to find more times available through tsa.gov directly.

- Oceanside, CA, USA • Mar 02, 2024

I searched for the Global Entry application. Finding what appeared to be a government website, I submitted my application with personally identifiable information and my credit card for payment. This was a scam and not the real Customs and Border Patrol website.

- Yorktown, VA, USA • Mar 01, 2024

I called because their website looked like the legit TSA website and filled out the application. After I paid what was supposed to be the application fee I called and the representative offered me $25 to $50 off to not report their site for fraud. I called them within 5 minutes of noticing their confirmation email in which looked not right to me. I disputed the charge with my bank
