I was promised a purebred maltese. Lucky for me i did some research and asked a lot of questions. The scammer wouldnt give me the information i requested so i stopped communicating with him. I have still received emails begging me to buy a puppy.

Same as other complain . Only difference is I got suspicious when the the acknowledgement of receiving my request and approval come one behind the other so I realized it is impossible for them to review my application so quickly. Additionally, they insist on getting either cash transfer or Money order. By then it was too late to extract my personal information from them. So I did not respond to them. But they kept calling my cell and harassing me to pay $499 to just responding to their request and providing my personal information such as my Name, address, phone and other details they asked to fill in the request form. They have not stopped calling me. In the last 5 hrs I have received 12 calls and threatening me that they will sue me as they have all my information.

This website sells puppies. After selecting a puppy from the photos online you fill out a short request to buy a puppy. You are then sent an email saying you have been approved to purchase the selected animal. They then send an invoice requesting you pay the $499.00 either by a cash transfer from Walmart/ Western Union or make payment with a credit/debit card online through Western Union. The name and address to send the money is Francis Carter at 315 N Plaza Dr. Little Rock, AR 72205. After sending this money you receive an email from FRIENDLY PET MOVERS, [email protected]. They tell you that "Due to numerous complaints....." you must pay $950 USD to insure the pet during shipping and that along with the pet, the deliverer would bring you a cash refund of 98%, $932 USD. This money was to be paid ONLY via a cash transfer using Walmart Money Transfer service to Gerald Muki Oklahoma City, Oklahoma United States 73125. The email from Friendly Pet Movers contains a tracking number for the pet, it lists the sender as Lionel Abanda in Oklahoma City, Mobile number (405) 445-0301, [email protected]. As of this writing the tracking number of YC9803075628 on http://friendlypetmovers.com/tracking.html is active showing that the pet is "awaiting insurance". We went as far as the transfer of the $499.00 USD but upon receipt of the insurance request we stopped and started to research this company. It is apparently involved in a known scam - the 315 N Plaza Dr, Little Rock AR address is associated with STAR Puppies, which you list as a scam. We possess all of the emails associated with this and will forward upon request.

I was searching for puppies for sale in my local state and this website came up for glow puppy shop. of course puppy was so cute I filled out form to apply to buy puppy. said if I was approved for purchase they would contact me back via email. After 5 hours I received an email stating I was approved to purchase puppy and to proceed to western union or Wal-Mart money gram. I then looked him up with the akc registry to see if he was a registered breeder and is listed. I then decided to look it up under ScamPulse.com to find that the address given was linked to other puppy scam accounts, www.starpuppyshop.com, www.championpuppyshop.com, and www.downtownpuppyshop.com. The number I received was different to I called the number listed by bbb to find out its now a tire online shop? Also guy has changed his name to Jerry with payment going to Terry Etame under same invoice number 90899989. They are some how using legitimate breeders name from the akc but are indeed this same scammer. Please be aware he is a scam and should not have his site up.

Trying to report what I believe is a scam. The website is only 3 days old and involves Canada and US. They requested payment with Western Union (Alarm Flags went up). Offer is too good to be true.
