Oh my god, I cant believe after reading out all the reviews in here. To be honest the ones who are in Swamp of debts all your income is draining on other expenses like, Medical. Insurance, Taxes. Utility bills there is nothing to save and on the top of it, Mortgage Payments Escrow Principle all these things are Killing us. I have been earning with all my sweat and blood for the one thing which matters the most to me is my Home where my Family is.

I've been on Disability all my savings were dead and buried up after the accident in which I lost my child. My wife has to take care for me and has to do a double job to manage to make the both ends meet so we can pay off our debts. In those time someone I don't remember his name called me out of the blue and told me about the Government hardship Program.

It took me 6 to 7 months filling up the paper work and waiting for myself to get approved. They didn't helped me they saved my life as I was drowning into debts and debts nothing but debts. They helped me to survive they helped me to be in my Home they helped me in the best way possible. They didn't just restructured my loan they made my Mortgage payments go down into more affordable plan.

To me and for my Family GOLDEN HOME SERVICES AMERICA is a Temple of care and relief. They are no less than angels for my family. ok, first of all. TO EVERYONE READING ABOUT THIS COMPANY OR WANTING TO KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY. Main scam artist is Michael Nabati followed by his minion Michael Grinnel. they have been sued in the past for scamming and here they are once again. they have been changing their names for the same reason. if they advise they work with the investor directly THAT IS A LIE! please talk to your bank! Stay away from them!

I got a Loan Modification with Golden Home Services America earlier this year. They were able to get me a fixed rate at a 2% and forgiveness on the three months I had to go on forbearance after losing my job . The employees are super professional and helpful, especially Jasmine. The process took a bit longer than I expected but I am so glad I stuck with it and got a fresh start on my loan. I got a new Mortgage Statement from my servicer after the modification was complete and now my monthly payments are something I can actually afford. I don't know why they're even on this website..They are not a scam!

I didn't get why a former employee is putting such bizarre comments for a Company that is working day and night putting their efforts to help the people who are really in a bad shape facing such difficult times already because of the COVID PANDEMIC, I've been a client for the first I did a Refi and after a year COVID hit us all, I Lost my Job all the saving were gone I got behind on my payments, Reached them back they welcomed me with open arms and handled everything with such professional way I just didn't qualified for the lowest rate possible my monthly payments got more affordable along with all my past dues gone forgiven. If a company is helping you up to forgive your past dues and get it a fixed rate with the most affordable payments what can be better than this offer. I referred all my friends and family members and no one complained anything about them. If I would be going to any other company they would have charged me a tons of money and they would have scammed me by taking my information using my bank accounts info e.t.c but they have been working super professionally and I just don't get it. I think that former employee is using her personal grudge and throwing mud to make clients skeptical once she would be in a position where no one could be able to help her up then she would realize what we as a home owner have been going through in such times where our home is the only thing which matters the most to us. I was looking to refinance and kept getting denied because of my credit. I knew loan modification might be a good option but my bank kept denying me. At first I was hesitant about doing a modification with Golden homes but after 5 months they got the job done. I got 19k forgiven on a partial claim and my monthly payment went down $300 per month. Honey, it is a scam. I also used to work at this company and quit once I realized the shady business going on. I believe they are currently in the process of rebranding as more customers and employees have been figuring out what is going on. The owners are making over hundreds of thousands per year off of people and are not even helping them in any way. Please stay FAR AWAY from this company and tell all your loved ones. Your bank can offer you a modification - it may not be as good as this one, but atleast it will be legit

They called me outta the blue, late afternoon, about 7pm. I felt like I won the lotto with all the great news they had for me. Literally cutting my mortgage in half, They wanted to proceed as quickly as possible, went along with the story untill they wanted me to pay THEM instead of my mortgage company. They didn't Even have all the documents ready, I didn't have to prove that I was affected by covid and they were ready for the first payment lol. They also attempt to convince me to forbid my mortgage company from contacting me and to file a complaint against them because I felt as they have committed fraud by overcharging me. They said by allowing me to file this complaint and giving THEM all the rights over my loan they could monitor and check my mortgage company in case of them withholding money or simply overcharging me. I mean these people call you late at night, in a different state than you, wanting all the rights over your loan, completely excluding you from any information about YOUR own loan? who in their right mind can fall for these people. Their process don't even make sense. I asked them if I could travel to california to personally go and meet them, their answer was "NO, our building is closed down,we do not accept anyone in person, you know the whole world is shut down due to covid?" I don't know what world they live in but several places HAVE been open maintaining distance and masks. They just don't want you to find out who they really are that my feeling.

This place is a scam. They advertise that the process takes about 3 months but it takes about a year or more. The whole time they bs you and tell you the reason its taking long is because they are trying to negotiate the principal balance and they are just scripted to tell you that. The real reason it takes them long is because they are getting paid the entire time and they want to take as much money as they can from you. Oh and they also keep on changing the name of the company bc they have too much complaints. And if you plan on reporting them please keep in mind that they are ALL using fake names. Take this as a FORMER EMPLOYEE that quit once I realized what they are doing. F everyone in the office. You all will get karma. Oh and if “Thomas” is reading this they are using you! Get out of there! You deserve better

I have had a great and professional experience with Golden Home Service they have been upfront and forward with everything. Anyone saying any different did not read or understand the part of Golden Home Service plays in reducing their mortgage payments. Everyone here has provided everything to me that my mortgage company failed to. After signing the agreement with Golden Home Services my mortgage company sent me 4 letters telling me how I’m missing out on their specials and this is after I spent 3 months of my life fighting with them for help with no results. I am a Air Force Veteran and I have a small cattle ranch in Ok things get tight around here and I am thinking Golden Home Service for their help in saving my home during this time of need for me and my family. Was contacted by Golden staffer (salesperson) because my ex-wife believed Golden could help with a complicated first, second and third mortgage situation (first already modified and being paid on time for 5 years, second recently back in repayment and a third in collections attempting to settle). The salesperson made big promises about taking care of all three loans with Covid, without asking pertinent questions. He spoke quickly and in generalities. He attempted to gain my confidence by disparaging banks and speaking lingo related to refinancing. Printed materials in email indicated Golden is just generating leads and selling to low end loan servicer. My advice is talk to real bank.

i did a modification with this company a moth ago asked me for same papers over and over again. it toke 5 months but i got lower payment for my morgage and forgave what i owed. flagstar modification program did not help me but golden homes helped me. it takes a while but worth it

They asked for a lot of paperwork, some were repetitive. I was skeptical at first because they took so long but my end result was there and I am glad I stuck with it. I was offered a mod through Mr. Cooper but I have not had good experiences with them so I didnt go through with it. I referred my brother to this Covid program

They kept calling and texting me from different numbers. When I texted them back asking for a company website, I got no response. So I decided to call them and what do you know, the phone has been disconnected. They called me today 02/06/2021 from an 800 number. So I decided to talk to them. They said that I can get a reduction on my mortgage and have my forgiveness for past due payments. They also told me that I would need to pay a closing cost to them to them in order for my payments to be reduced. The lady "Holly Russo" wanted a copy of my mortgage statement. She said that she'll send my an email with all the information I need to know about the company to my email address that I long stop using many years ago.
