I ordered a dog teeth cleaning kit for $25 and change on June 10, 2020. I never was able to track the package and began emailing about the issue in October 2020. I was assured the package would arrive soon and they apologized for any inconvenience. After emailing for 2 months and nobody contacting me to inform me where my package was, I became angry. I demanded a refund and now none of the email addresses are working and I am unable to get in contact with anyone from the company.
This is a huge scam and every person they have taken money from and sent no product to is extremely frustrated. I want my money back immediately, this is illegal. I am prepared to take legal action as well.

I made an order for X-Tiger Coolmax 5D Gel Padded Shorts × 1, color 04 bib/L on June 2. On June 7 I received a tracking number. But when I try track the delivery I received an error massage. I send an email to Hazel Lab, and they replay on June 20 that the first shipment was failed and they are sending a new item. Since then I send them some emails trying to get a tracking number or the status of the delivery. I received answers on some of the emails (apologizing emails...) and some of the emails where left with no respond. I even try to phone them (to the number shown on their website, but the number is not connected.
I gave up hoping to receive my order...

I ordered their rotary carbide bit set on August 19th 2020 and still not arrived. Same as most people here, several emails and the same fob off story. I paid through PayPal and have contacted their resolutions centre but don’t hold much hope. Only €30 but it’s the thought of being scammed. Why do Facebook allow these people to advertise?

I ordered from South Africa in June 2020. When I emailed in July they were very apologetic and said because of Covid19, orders were taking longer to reach customers. They sent a tracking number. When I emailed again they said they would ask DHL couriers to update the tracking. I received my order today. Everthing was fine and I am very happy with my purchase.
Definitely not a scam company !

I purchase 2 items on December 10, 2019 and still haven’t received them. After multiple emails promising the order was filled and on it’s way and even giving me a tracking which of course doesn’t work. My last contact was in March of 2020. And again, the order is on the way and I would receive a tracking number within 3 days. Which of course I never received. Today, August 26 I tried sending another email and got a response that delivery failed. Was I scammed? You bet! Don’t order from this company. My monetary loss is only $34.00 but it’s the principal that counts!

My friend bought an item in May 2020, paid via Paypal. We've been in touch with their customer service for the past three weeks, maybe 15 emails back and forth. Same statement as many say here: we'd not be able to get a refund because the item has been shipped and will "arrive at our door step very soon". They can't prove this with a tracking number, and act against their own "Guarantee" policy for refund if the item doesn't get delivered. DON'T ORDER! BETTER BURN THE MONEY!

I've had it. I thought I'd be nice and share the wealth around instead of using Amazon. These are difficult times.
I placed a $60.00 order a month and a half ago. I've contacted customer service via email. They keep saying that they'll get back to me with an ETA. This has been going on for a month now.

Ordered 2 items in february. After asking multiple times where my order was and if i can get a refund i received part of the order in June. I asked them to give me tracking info on the second half of my order and they continue to send me the tracking number for what i received. Their support is awful. Everytime i get an email from a different person and they have not resolved it. 2 weeks ago they said they would refund part of my order and i have not yet received it. The product wasn't even that good or worth the time or headache from this company. Buyer beware!

I placed an order back may 13 th. I had been emailing back and forth with the company for over 2 months. It has been 60days and still havent received my products. I emailed multiple times and keep getting generic messages back with a "tracking" number that also has no information. They are rufusing to cancel my order and also refusing to refund my 300 us dollars as they are saying my products shipped. They did not and have not been receieved. I believe this to be a scam as they have given me every excuse. I have threatened at thsi point small claims court and in addition notifying the ScamPulse.com as i dont want anyone else to get scammed. Shame on me for putting trust in this company. They will tell you its been shipped. Then they will blem

Wish I had checked this site before I ordered from them. Same situation here as everyone else. Ordered something back in March (charged for it immediately) and still no product. Emailed them and all I got was excuse after excuse. They have me a tracking number but not the shippers name, so I can’t trace the supposed shipment. Only good thing is I went through PayPal so I may be able to get my money back. Let’s hope.

I ordered $117.35 worth of products in June. It's the end of July and still nothing. I should have realized when I received a message from my bank asking if I was aware and agreed to sending the money to another country via my credit card. That should have been my red flag! I called my bank to have them look into the company.
I also blame facebook for allowing this garbage to happen on their site!

Unfortunately I have a similar experience to most. Ordered in April, now mid-July and keep getting useless tracking numbers that don’t work. Refusal to refund money. HazelLab is a scam site I’m afraid. Their standard ‘your item has been shipped’ email from a different HazelLab person is just getting dreary. Stay away from these fraudsters.

I brought a projector screen, monitor and cord three months ago. I have yet to receive it. The tracking number is also fraudulent. I was scammed. Please don’t be the next victim. $250 gone down the drain.
Facebook should return my funds, considering they allowed them to post on their site.

I received this and it was a joke it was just a piece of white knit material probably didn’t cost two dollars to make. I emailed them and they said they would turn it over to customer service and I got the runaround so now I’m a follow complaint with the tourney general.

We too have been scammed by Hazel Lab. We ordered outdoor screen in early April 2020 and nothing has arrived and now it seems they simply link to a Chinese supplier who never ships the product.
They should be black listed.

Hazel Lab has not send my package for three months now , they do not provide true evidence of my package being sold they deny to send back my money, their employees don’t give real solution Iva already spoken with 5 different Employees which I’ll be glad to give their names (they don’t even provide a phone number or their last names), they created a fake label from the USPS store ! I have sent emails, and they respond with fake shipping numbers, or that the order is delayed due to circumstances. This company is a scam! I have requested my money be refunded by PayPal - let’s see if they’re able to do so on August 7, 2020

I ordered something May 9 and still have no received it. I started emailing them in June and emailed my paypal info. I asked twice to cancel it. They claimed they could not find my ordered. I gave them the paypal info over and over. Now, they say it's on the way and was not late. 2 months is very late. I still have not received it and they refuse to refund my money.
