I order an outdoor movie screen in April. All I get is emails saying its been shipped. I havent received my merchandise or my money back

I had the exact same experience. Same run around. I ordered the screen from a link on FB on April 24 and 2 months later... no screen and just a bunch of excuses... THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM... SPREAD THE WORD SO NO OTHERS FALL VICTIM TO THEM.

I will be calling VISA tomorrow to complain and get a charge back.

The more complaints there is the greater the chance that VISA will take Way their merchant account and stop them from being able to scam others

I ordered this outdoor screen on April 27th. I have never received it. I have reached out to them many times only to be told it is coming. They gave me a fake tracking number that is not in the system(see below the number) "Your order has been fulfilled and is currently in passage with tracking # 92s61299991099832385679 " They are refusing to refund saying it is currently. Yes, that is their exact answer... "it is currently." and the sentence ended there. I have asked for a refund 3 different times, and they have a different excuse every time (corona virus, currently, give us 2 more days.....on and on). They just keep telling me to wait, be patient. From the messages, they speak very poor English and are probably not in Canada. On Trustpilot.com (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/hazellab.com), there are multiple reviews saying exactly what I just stated here and claim. I just want to warn people so they do not get scammed like me. They sell all kinds of goods, not just movie screens. They advertise on IG and FB etc. UGH. Thank you for your help in warning others.
