On or about the 13th of September I was contacted by the company, Hellomobile Communication PTY due to an inquiry I made through Alibaba. I was given a quote for 2 antminer machines which I agreed to and on the 13th of September I paid 1600.00 dollars for 2 units with 1 free unit but was later told that the new minimum purchase amount is 5 units with 3 units free, which required me to pay an additional 2400.00 dollars for the additional units. Later was I told that there was an error and that they shipped 10 units instead of 8 and that they require an additional 1600.00 for the remaining 2 units. Next they informed me that I needed to pay for an International Buyer License/VAT in the amount of 3750.00 due to amount of units sold before it could be delivered to me. I finally was charged a fee of 5999 for storage which was paid on the 27th of October 2017, but up until now no delivery has been made and the seller refuses to refund my money. Thank you.
