I ordered three pairs of hey dude’s. Two mens and one womens. I never received them. It was supposed to be free shipping but I paid shipping. I didn’t receive anything.

I saw and ad on Facebook for 1/2 off shoes and and realized right away that this was a scam. Lost $50. The website was just like hey dudes the email confirmation looked professional. There was a shipping number and website to track your shipment and it all looked real. it wasn’t till a day or two later, when the page disappeared that I realize I had been scammed…

And yes it had and email that said contact this email [email protected] for questions and concerns

If it’s too cheap it’s a scam. I know better. So frustrating!

I saw an ad on facebook for a sale on Hey Dude Shoes. I purchased 2 separate orders totaling $82.15

I received an email with an order confirmation that said

“Any question? Feel free to contact us.

We will do our best to provide you with a great shopping experience, if you have any questions or feedback, please contact [email protected]”

I googled the email address & seen multiple allegations of fraud, so I googled. HeyDudeShoes.com & there was also multiple allegations of fraud.

Add showed up on Instagram for discounted Hey Dude shoes. Made purchase and then saw suspicious email response confirming order. Googled email and saw numerous reports of it being a scam. Tried to cancel said order in response to email with no response from seller. Called bank to cancel the transaction and cancel card used.

I’m usually much more particular about these purchases. I look into it way more than I did this time. I made the purchase then realized my mistake. I emailed them to cancel the order and they immediately responded asking for the order # and email. I replied and then heard nothing afterward. I cannot track with the number provided either. *sigh*

I have also fallen prey to the FB hey dude scam. Last week the order was accessible, this week the site is no longer valid. Contacted hey dude’s online chat and was told there is nothing they can do because I need to contact the courier. Very frustrating and disappointing.

My daughter received an email from the official site she'd previously made a valid purchase. I asked her to send me the link so I could buy at least one pair for Christmas gifts. I received my confirmation email with my order number, several days later I went to see if there was any update on my order processing and it said site could not be found. I have tried the chat option, with no luck and I've emailed with absolutely no response

Bought 4 pair of shoes from heyduda.shop on November 9th. Got an order number, they charged my debit card and now you can't order any shoes on Facebook nor can you Google their website. Tried calling the phone number on my bank statement and it's disconnected. Tomorrow I will filed a fraud dispute!

SCAM site! Ordered three pairs of shoes using a credit card. Looked on my credit card activity and saw the monies were paid to ApolloKidd LLC. I never received a tracking number so I sent two emails asking to cancel and the monies to be refunded. Both emails came back saying my email provider was unable to deliver my message. Contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. Now, we wait. Stay away from the HEYDUDESHOEOUTLET site!

I also fell for the Facebook scam and never received my shoes. PayPal said I waited to long to report the problem. The scammer even had a tracking number. But I never got the shoes and fedex never delivered a package to my home. This is very unfair. I have never had an issue with missing packages at my home in the past. I fell I was very out smarted. Will never fall for this again I just hope they did not get anyone else. I even email them with my info and no one has ever called me back. Very sad… hope they can sleep at night.

Hey Dudes Scam

I unfortunately fell for an advertisement on Facebook for Hey Dudes by 1 get 1. Later the purchase showed up as #Janineoreto at PayPal. I contact my credit card to dispute because I realized it was a scam they denied my claim yet I have never received merchandise and never received any email confirmation or contact information to dispute through “seller”. This is ridiculous and unfortunate that hard working people have to suffer at the hands of evil people.

Unfortunately my wife fell victim as well. The misspelling on the URL was subtle. I didn’t catch it when she showed them to me (I typically put her close attention anymore). She ordered them and didn’t say anything to me until 45 days later when they had net been received yet. She did t pay attention to the sellers email address in PayPal ([email protected]). Had I seen that receipt, I would’ve immediately contacted PayPal and my credit card. I also would’ve sent a message to the actual company’s website informing them of the scam site. Usually companies have a legal team or attorneys on retainer that will send webhosts cease and desist letters related to scam sites to protect their brands.

This is a tough lesson for a teenager. Why are people so dishonest? We work hard for what we have and these people just get away with lies and deception. She ordered a pair of Hey Dudes from the site that she thought was the Hey Dude website. She has realized it was a scam. Very disappointed in people. Tough lesson for a hard working teenager.

The website www.heydudsshoesusa.com advertised Buy 2 get 1. Placed the order and my Paypal account was charged $90. The site is no longer active and the contact email s, [email protected] & [email protected] are not invalid. Paypal will do nothing because it was an "authorized" purchase.
