I ordered two pairs of heydudes shoes from this place have emailed several times no response, I want my money back, I received a confirmation no shipment update tried reaching out to the email no response, I want this cancelled and refunded back. The PayPal they took my money from my card is China. How can I get my money back from this scam?

Thank you for posting this, i literally had the same thing happen to me and after numerous emails to the merchant and the other website i didn't get a response back. and i knew as soon as i clicked process payment and saw the merchant i was like this doesn't look right as now i know it was a scam. I called PayPal and they opened a claim right away and process the refund. Lesson learned. If its too good to be true, research it first.

I've been duped

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from the Hey Dude website, which I found on Google. I put in my credit card info. In a few minutes, I received an email stating my card was used to send funds to a person by the name of Eric Moutoux, a PayPal recipient. I never got an order number. I have never used PayPal. After 10 days passed, I emailed this Eric person and did not get a response. The email address listed on the PayPal message looked bogus. Of course, I have not received any shoes. I cannot "track" the order without an order number. I will notify my credit card carrier.

This happened to me! No order number, only could track through Paypal. Ordered them 2/21 I reached out to Paypal and after my claim to get my money back I had been denied because they gave me a tracking number as soon as Paypal asked and the tracking says it was delivered weeks ago which it was not! I have an app that tracks all my orders and suddenly i get a notification it is in transit even though Fedex says it was delivered! Such a scam! They never respond but did to paypal. I bet if you reach out to paypal you will get a tracking number immediately!

I went online to what I thought was Hey Dude Shoes. Guess it was a scam site.

Purchased 4 pairs of shoes from Hey Dudes directly off their website on 11/27/20. They immediately charged my card for the total $200. I immediately received an email stating my order was confirmed and once shipped I would receive tracking info. I have never received any tracking info nor my items. I have attempted contacting them via their wed site help section and Facebook messenger. I can not find a working phone number for them either. I do get weekly automated advertisement emails from them though. I just want my money back!

I ordered shoes on the 27th of November and still have not received them nor have gotten any tracking information. When I look at the order number on the website all it says is order confirmed but no shipping information. I have reached out several times to the support email and through the chat on the website with no response from the company. These shoes were supposed to be a gift for Christmas and on the website it clearly says the shoes if ordered before December 15th will arrive by the 25th. It has been over a month that I ordered the shoes and there has been no response and I have not received the shoes. They have not given back my money and have they have not sent the shoes. The lack of response is unprofessional and very disrespectful to a customer. I have a pair of these shoes that I bought from a different website and are honestly the best shoes I have but clearly something is wrong with the customer service of the hey dudes company. It is ridiculous and just at the end of the day poor customer service. Although I really like these shoes I will not be buying from this company for me of for anyone else again due to their poor customer service.

I ordered shoes from this website and never received a confirmation email. I had opted for the 2-4 day shipping. After almost a week I attempted to make contact with the company to receive a refund because I still had not received an email or my product. The customer service representative that contacted me via text message told me that she was unable to find my order under the email provided. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that I typed my address incorrectly I asked if there was some other information I could give to help them track down my order, their response was no that I would have to contact my bank if I would like to receive the money the company had pulled out of my account.
