I booked a ticket from Toronto to Chennai but when I I went to YYZ airport the Air Canada authorities said my ticket was cancelled. I was shocked and I called the Highsky cheap and they said they will book me with Indian Airlines and charged additional of 400 CAN $. I waited for my ticket and they had been dodging. I called them more than 100 times to refund the money back. They never did that and finally they stopped attending my calls. I gave up with dejection. Completely cheating company. NEVER EVER Trust this scammers.

Scammed by Sky High Cheap

My experience exactly in 2020. I was booked on an American Airlines flight from POS to to JFK, the flight was cancelled. American Airlines says they are not responsible because I didn't book with them. I am reporting this airline booking company to the Better Business Bureau. Shouldn't a class action lawsuit be filed against this company?

Like others booked a flight was cancelled and they said money would be in the mail. No Money! Going to phone Capital One Fraud Division and they will handle it. Do not book a flight with them

I booked a flight thru this company right before my trip I received a call saying that my flight ways canceled and that my money would be refunded that was in May I have not received my refund. I booked the flight March 21st. Is there something I can do.

I booked a flight in June 2020, my credit card was charged, I received an email confirmation but the flight was not booked. The promised several times to refund my money, they even called me twice to say that they were sending me a check in the mail but nine months later, I still have not received a refund. Why are these people still able to be operating and scamming more innocent people? Please shut them down!

I booked from “high sky cheap.com in May 26, 2020 for a flight to Dallas Texas for Christmas (12/16-12/23/20)
Then, few weeks later, highskycheap emailed me to tell me that my flight with Alaska Air was canceled...
My refund check was going to be Mailed to me...
I kept emailing them and the last response from them was 11/10/20; “that the check was Already Escalated to Expedite the process to send the check”
Now it’s 12/15/20
I Can’t Believe I Have Been SCAM!
I don’t have their Address to fill my report to BBB!

Change my flying date without my knowledge, ask for my original plan and they say it was an airline problem, ask for a refund and refuse to do it.

Hello. I booked with this site back on august 21 posted aug 24/20 Ana paid to westjet air # 838 753 095. 8358
PasadenaCA for 491.01 USD. Then on aug 26 changed my flight to a day earlier for 214.48 posted aug 28 with US Airlines service # 408 650 9999TX for 296.98 usd.
I was to leave nov 3rd from comox BC at 6am.to San Diego CA I was waiting for my eticket to come Ana you said you would send it to me that day. But did not. So when I called west jet to xo form my fight number 671715 they said that ticket did not exist and they told me they stopped flying there I’m sept !
So I had to scramble to find my way there as I had surgery to be at nov 4/20 on my own.
So I am asking for a refund of all the USD mo way I booked with you ASAP. THIS WAS A MAJOR INCONVENIENCE especially when I was suppose to leaving nov 3rd. I am asking again for a refund right away. It’s been a month. This company knows what is happening. Please. I need that money back.

DO NOT book with high sky cheap! I booked with them in June, and realized I booked for the wrong date, so the next day I called to cancel my flight. They canceled my flight and told me I would be refunded the total amount... well I am still waiting for the refund 6 months later! I have phoned and emailed multiple times and every time they tell me I will get a full refund! Very disappointed! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

They booked my ticket and listed my first and last name backwards. I booked my ticked by 09/28 leaving at 4:05 pm on 11/21. Good thing that I rechecked my ticket early morning around 5am when i noticed that my ticket had been cancelled and the time had been changed. I was never notified. At that time, 5am I called the agency and I was instructed to call AA directly or go the airport earlier to fix the error or I would lose my flight and my money. AA gracefully assisted but they had no control with fixing 2nd party tickets, so High Sky Cheap fixed the issue close to 30 minutes to my flight leaving and i had to pay 125.00 to get it fixed. They risked my trip to stay with my money. This was the first time that i bought a ticket through a 2nd party, will never do that again. These people are rude and have no compassion for someone traveling to attend personal emergency matters. They jeopardize my ticket for the solely reason to stay with my money. Don’t buy tickets with them. They are not legitimate.

I booked a flight for November 20th 2020 and they changed my flight time and I did not know until I called WestJet cause I booked a flight for WestJet but through highskycheap and had multiple problems with them and then I wanted to move it to a later date and to move it it would cost 10x more then original so I decided to just re do it all to get it cheaper which I did but once I got my eticket it showed for november 16th 2020 when i booked it for the 18th of December 2020 and so I called them and the guy was very arrogant towards me and my aunt and asked for them to fix it they said they would and never received it so I had to go to the WestJet sight to see that my flight has been booked for the 18th thank god but I recommend to never go through them too much trouble they should be shut down

We scheduled a flight in September to visit a sick relative. All flights were cancelled for the day we were supposed to leave. High sky cheap was called the day prior to the scheduled flight to request a refund and we were assured that said refund would be given. The agent’s name was Derick Dane. We are now about a month away and still no refund. They are trying to tell me that I will get a credit in lieu of a refund. I called the airline and was told no request for a refund for this ticket was made by highfly and there is a law that for any flight cancelled by the airline a full refund must be made. Have been on hold for twenty minutes waiting for high fly to “check” on this. AVOID this s——hole scam!

Lost $245 on round trip tickets to visit my sick grandmother. Had the flight booked 3 months in advance only to have them tell me my flight had been cancelled due to covid. Customer service keeps dropping my call and when I do talk to someone they tell me to keep waiting for my refund. So upset.
