When I went to check in to my flight, the airline showed it was cancelled. I was not notified as to the cancellation and when I called High Sky Cheap, Chris, John, etc.etc. informed me it was an airline issue and they would get right on it and fix it for me. This never happened! After I called them the third time I was told that I needed to call Air Canada in order to fix it. I spent 2 hours on hold with Air Canada, just to be told that it was a travel agency problem but luckily the Air Canada agent took pity on me and found me a flight. Needless to say I am not impressed with High Sky Cheap. Yes, they're cheap for a reason. If you can't afford to book a flight,directly with the airline, then DON'T fly at all. What a mess! Luckily Air Canada saved the day. Lesson learned! I will never use High Sky Cheap nor should anyone reading this review and the many that follow it! Thank you Air Canada for rectifying this for me!

I booked a flight through them unfortunately and when I requested a date change, they stated that they have to charge a change fee when the original flight company does not charge for that. It would have been cheaper for me to go with the original flight company website, but what can I say, it was an [censored] decision. They have also kept me on the call for 3 hours and no response...I AM NEVER BOOKING WITH THIS STUPID COMPANY...worst experience everrrrrrr

I recently purchased a air ticket with less then 24 hours I found out that I have COVID and i couldn’t flight due to Covid I told them that I need to cancel and they refuse to do it they said they can credit it for future travel but after reading a bad review about giving credit to a customer I decided to not to do it. I recently purchased a round trip ticket through Spirit from them for fairly cheap. When I received the, “Confirmation code” I went to add it to my Spirit Airlines App so I can check my ticket and reservation. Spirit was unable to find my trip, accompanied with a, “invalid booking number.” They also emailed me my, “E-Ticket” but there isn’t any actual ticket or attachment to the email. Basically, I got scammed. The “tickets” also conveniently non refundable.

They claimed to have issues credit to use towards future flight and when I wanted to rebook they were dropping the calls on me, later someone else picked and mentioned my credit is less amount that it was, I never got my money back! CAD446.90 lost to these Indian fools

High SkyCheap canceled my reservations the day before my trip. I have called them multiple times and they continue to make empty promises about refunding my $369.70. I see that others have also been scammed. How can we iniate a class action suit against them? Or if this is a scam outfit how do we shut them down?

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HIGH SKY CHEAP!

I had to cancel my flight as my appointment was cancelled due to COVID19 outbreak, only to call this airline and they network was cutting off, finally customer care agent - I guess they’re all Indians or whatever said they do will not refund my ticket rather give me credits to redeem towards future flights with them valid for a year, I saw the email only to find out that the amount was now less than my initial flight charge, I called them back to request for complete ECredit refund, they said the amount was service fees, I didn’t pay for service when I was booking my light refund my complete flight fare, the man hung up on me, I called back another Indian lady picked said they would make asterisk to my name to ensure when next I booked I’d be given complete refund. I’m not sure when my next appointment is as I have not rescheduled but I hope I do not have any more stories, I will leave more review when am able to use the credits they issued and get my complete refund.

I usually check airlines scams and reviews before buying ticket online by adding ‘scam’ or ‘fraud’ or ‘reviews’ to the website or airline example - ‘high sky cheap fraud or high sky cheap scam’ and it will show everything like real reports, reviews of websites or airlines that you should avoid but I totally missed this and now have to deal with this rubbish

hi i am tamanna thakur...i have cancelled my ticket 29th of may 2020.The high sky cheap centre did not send my money back...they just make an excuses and everytime said to me , you have to wait for 24-48 hours for resolution ..but now its 3 months has gone..still i did not get my refund.i am suffering shortage of money due to the high sky cheap customer centre.

High Cheap Air is a giant rip off!
No response or call backs.. been hung up on several times, and they legit try to make your flights AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Also, no one is helpful when you do get in contact with someone. && you can't understand them. Total frauds!

They tried to scam me out of over $900 Canadian. I did not book with them, somehow the website changed as I booked. They put the phone down at least twenty times, put me on hold and walked away. Then after multiple emails I received random calls from people spouting a load of rubbish - these calls were from Las Vegas, Mesquite, Nevada and I believe some are located in Plano Texas. I called my bank to dispute the claim. I also reported them to the Iatan, FBI cybercrime unit, the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission - and the local police where the calls were coming from, amongst other agencies. I also called their financial agent and sent them about fifty emails - finally they gave me a code for a credit with Westjet, who my flights were booked with. I hope you have some luck, perhaps start with disputing the charges with your bank's fraud unit...

I went to check in with Frontier (the airline the tickets are for) and only one of the flights of my round trip was booked with them. We are 2 days from vacation and it is ruined. I am out money on the Airbnb, who knows if HighSky will refund me (doubtful) for the tickets. The customer service is trained to just send you in loops and you're frequently disconnected.
