I ordered a promotional item from Rosabella that included a subscription, but I never set up an account. They had my name, email address, physical address and payment information. When I returned to the website to cancel my subscription, it said there wasn't one for my email address. Now, 2 months later I get charged for the next shipment. I finally found an email to contact their customer service and they said i have an active subscription. They sent me a link to their customer portal, but I never set up a username and password, so I still cant manage my subscription.

I tried to get someone to stop the order, but everything is done through email, there aren't any phone numbers listed, so they just didn't respond.

This company has continued to charge me for product every month even though i have emailed them multiple times to stop. They sent me one email saying they will no longer send priduct but continue to do so. They do not have a phone number listed either.

I have also canceled the credit card they used but even when i get a new card with a new number they still find a way to charge it.
