Found set on TikTok and the order from Tivalook.com claimed to come from LA, but the routing number given in confirmation email states it's coming from China. Never received the package, and website is no longer available/active. Shop routing number and confirmation email routing number don't match.

I placed an order from Tivalook.com, the "merchant" took the payment and I never received any items. all items were buy 6-8 items for a $20-$30 amount. never given a confirmation email, tracking number, or anything else, now the site doesn't exist

There was a link on TikTok for clothing brand Tivalook that offered clothing at a cheaper price (i.e. 8 sets for $24), my mother bought 3 sets. The website stated the clothing came from a LA warehouse yet the tracking info stated it was coming from China. She paid by debit card but never received a confirmation email. When emailing "customer service" on the website they provided a tracking# through 17track.net. When it showed delivered after over a month, the items were never delivered and now the website was removed.

I saw an ad on Tik Tok for a viral set of shorts and tops. It was 24 sets for $30. The video took me to tivalook.com, I ordered from Tivalook.com, they took my payment of $31, and I've never received the order. It's been 30 days. I have tried to go to the website and I get an error saying it can't be reached.

I was scrolling through TikTok and found some shorts and shirt outfits from Tivalook.com. Suppose to be 10 outfits for $24. So I ordered 2 sets which would have been 20 outfits for a total of $44.20. The tracking number provided is not working
