Recognized that the website was fraudulent shortly after purchase. Cancelled the order using both emails on the receipt less than 4 hours after ordering. Received email response indicating order was already shipped. Informed my CC company of the issue via dispute of charge, The CC company will not cancel until the vendor has a change to respond. Requested shipping information and was provided a USPS tracking number that showed the order was not shipped until 5 days after I cancelled. USPS tracking now shows delivery scheduled today to an address in another stat. Provided update to the CC company on the delivery status.

This was an order placed 12.4.23 from a website set up to look like Hoka. Using logos, drop down menus depicting actual variety of Hoka products and sizes. Emailed several times with no response. No phone number provided to call. The website is no longer available Hoka-USAclearance.com and the order tracking link no longer works. Emails: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]

The site claimed to be running a HOKA tennis shoes clearance in the United States. They use the same logo, ID etc as the HOKA brand. They had email addresses, customer service numbers and customer service emails. I gave them my money and never received my product. They never replied or sent information back to me.

placed an order on December 19, site stated I would receive a confirmation email (nothing received to date (12/28)). Their phone number is not an operating number per recording.

The scammer created a fake website to sell Hoka shoes. I entered my information and got an order confirmation when I emailed them 10 days later as nothing had been shipped, they said to be patient and sent me a shipping tag for another package. That package was delivered five days later to Albuquerque New Mexico. When I reached out to let them know that my order still showed is not shipped no one has contacted me again.

Similar experience to Scam ID 784412. I clicked on a Facebook ad for Hoka shoe clearance sale. I bought two pairs of shoes. The URL looks legit (www.hoka-usaclearance.com), but the charges are from a random company "Theoduo Leggins" in Colorado with what appears to be a personal email address included in the purchase confirmation ([email protected]). The email came from [email protected], which seems to be a known scam. Sorry I fell for this.

This was fake ad (that I stupidly fell for) on Facebook with discounted prices for Hoka athletic shoes. I am surprised (or perhaps not surprised) that Facebook allows these fake ads on its platform. But I fell for it and put in an order. When I woke up this morning, it dawned on me that this was probably a scam ad.

Saw advertised on Facebook. Didn’t follow the FB link but entered the website myself in browser. Website looked legit with Hoka logo and address. Purchased a pair of shoes and immediately received a confirmation email from a bogus email with links to order and website. Tried going to each of those and they both are blank pages.

Emailed immediately to cancel the order. They claimed it had shipped but when you “track” it on their website it hasn’t shipped. They sent me a tracking number and it not correct. It was delivered in NM not SC. Have emailed several times and no response. I’m going to contact Chase to see if I can get my money back.

I clicked through to the website from a Facebook ad. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. The logo looked legitimate. There were no misspellings on the webpage, and the site looked well done. Payment options did show initially that payment could be made using PayPal, but when you got to the payment section, that was not an option. I did email the company immediately saying I wanted to cancel my order as it just seemed too good to be true and then also saw other things online stating it was a scam and they try to steal your financial information. I’ve also notified my bank but they couldn’t do a stop payment because it wasn’t a recurring payment. I have not heard anything back from the company beyond the confirmation email after I’d initially placed my order.

Saw an ad on Facebook for HOKA clearance sale. Looked like a legitimate website link. Placed an order and received confirmation. When I inquired about shipping tracking, I was sent an email with USPS tracking info but it says it is out for deliver in a completely different part of the country. I emailed back and have not received a response.
