Fake Facebook add for Hoka sneakers end of year clearance sale.

Looks just like the real website and send order confirmation email after paying website.

Noticed the credit card charge was not from the real company but an fake called Theoduo Leggins Llc

I saw an ad on Instagram for Huka’s sold on clearance. I ordered the shoes with my credit card and afterwards realized it was a scam.

Advertised Hoka shoes at low price. I ordered one pair using my credit card because they didn't take paypal. I haven't received a confirmation email and I couldn't print a copy of my order. I hadn't checked out the website because a family member had referred me to the ad. First time ordering off of a Facebook ad. When I checked the pending on my credit card the business name is TheoDuo Leggins LLC. I called the phone number shown on the charge but got a message that the wireless customer is not available.

I, too, fell for an ad I saw on Facebook. I ordered three pair of HOKA shoes for $79.95. I went to the website listed (hoka-usaclearance.com) and placed my order, including my credit card #. A day or two later I decided to google HOKA shoes and found that they start at around $175 a pair so I figured this Facebook ad must be a scam. I called my credit card company right away and they are now in the process of disputing the charge. Hopefully I will be credited the $79.95.

The website was very legitimate. Nothing caused concern until the email confirmation. My bank is investigating and i am getting my money.

Normally i am much more cautious

I was scammed identically to the other person reporting this company. Saw a Facebook ad that had the Hoka logo, 3 days left on a clearance sale, and fell for it. It only occurred to me when I got the order confirmation email, and the email to respond to was [email protected]. I shut my debit card off thru my bank app, but the charge went through 3 days later. I have filed a dispute with the bank's fraud department. I emailed the bogus email to cancel the order, but was told too late, already in transit. Same as the other claimant.

Sham website of Hoka-usaclearance.com. Purchased a pair of shoes with shipping using my credit card for the amount of $50. The telephone number on the website is not a working number. No complete address given, only the city and state. The website closely mimics the original Hoka website even using some of its pages. Credit card payment was made to a Theoduo Leggins LLC. A phone number provided to me by Chase Prime for Leggins of 214-263-5326, is also not available.
