I never received my order I paid for and although I tried to contact the company several times they never responded.Today I will be contacting my credit card to cancel the payment.I emailed them over and over again asking about the status of my order which I placed a month and a half ago and they did not respond

Since I have not received my mask order from January 8 or received a satisfactory response, I have canceled the order with my credit card company.

Same story as everyone else, I ordered on January 9th and have received nothing ever since. Also like everyone else they never responded to any of my emails. I just opened up an investigation case with my card company. I hope that whomever is behind this gets thrown under the jail for taking hardworking peoples money during this time. Shameful!

Seems to be a common theme. I ordered masks on Jan 5. They charged my CC but have heard nothing back since. Trying to contact and cancel but not holding out much hope - no pun intended.

Well, I have a lot of company at least. This company is HOPEless. Took my $60.63 on Jan 5, when I ordered. Two weeks...nada. No confirmation, no tracking info, no nothing. Sent email. No response. Found a phone # and called. Auto reply told me to email. I emailed about 5 times telling them to cancel this order and give me my money back. No response. Feb 4, I get an email saying my order is "on its way" with a tracking #. Check the tracking...no info. yet, package not in UPS's hands. What con artists these people are!

I can't believe these a holes sent me an email trying to scam me for more money, they already took me for 60 dollars about a month ago now they want more. I requested a refund but like other have posted the cowards won't get back with you. I hope they end up in jail.

It took them TWO WEEKS to deliver my KN95 masks. I found them on Brad's Deals where they had placed ads on their emails. Brad's Deals is a reputable company so I thought they wouldn't let a disreputable company advertise or be affiliated in any way with them. As it turns out, Brad's Deals doesn't care. Hope Health Supply has no phone number, their customer service chat goes unanswered and their masks are no different from those sold at HALF THE PRICE on Amazon. BEWARE!

First couple of times they fulfilled my ordered but I ordered masks on Nov 15, 2021. Paid with PayPal . Received a message that order was received and confirmed. On Nov. 18th, received an email that shipment from the order was on its way. The tracking number they provided from UPS states the package never shipped. I have sent several emails.made several calls but no one answers and when in hold it pauses then disconnects me. Fraud! I will also be reporting to the government.
No masks, no response, no refund !

I ordered PPE mases on Hope Health Supply website on January 8, 2022. Delivery says 7 to 10 business days. It is now February 3rd and no masks. I attempted to contact them and only means of contact is an email. I got an email back saying that it was outside of business hours and they would contact me. They did not. I have disputed the charge with Well Fargo. I am also reporting this to the https://www.usa.gov/stop-scams-frauds.

My story is identical, including the dates (I placed order on 1/7). I just disputed the charge with the CC company. I think the company is probably a very small business and they are overwhelmed with orders. Still, don't take my money and make me wait like this with no communication! Very unprofessional

On January 11 I order one box of white KN95 Masks and one box of black, Paid with my credit card. My bank statement shows they deducted $64.46 from my account on January 11 but have received no masks. attempted to contact the company via email as they say you will get a faster response. Contacted them twice on January 24 via email but no response.

Like so many others, my experience is the same. Ordered K95 masks on January 7, 2022. Received emails that order was received and being packed. Then nothing. I contacted them via email several times and would either not receive a response or if I did it was very generic. Blaming the pandemic. Send several emails to cancel the order with no response. Never got a tracking number even after they said the order was packed and ready to ship. They charged my credit card the day after the order was placed. January 8. It is now February 3 and no masks. I have made a formal complaint with the credit card company. Don't make my mistake.

I ordered from Hope Health Supply 2 packages of their masks on Jan 7, 2022. They charged my credit card on Jan 8th, 2022. They sent me an email on Jan 24th saying they were packing up the order and would send me a tracking number. They didn't. I have received nothing. I sent them an email asking for delivery status, tracking number, something but no response. I am pursuing this with my credit card compnay

I ordered kn95 masks on Jan 10,2022. Website states order will be filled in 7-10 days. My order has not been filled. I have filed 3 cancel order forms on their website. The first cancel order form received a response that they are filling my order as fas as possible. They did not respond to the request I had to refund my order. Now they just totally ignore the forms even though their website says they will respond online in response to the cancelled order form. I have also sent 5 separate letters requesting a refund for my order not filled as they said they would and definitely not delivered. Do not use this company. I believe it to be a scam.

My experience is exactly like all other reviewers. They immediately take your money and don’t produce. I ordered Jan 3 2022. I sent several emails and got automated response. I sent an email to cancel the order and got an automated response. On Jan 30 I disputed the charge on my credit card. Citibank contacted them on Jan 31. On Feb 2 I get an email from them saying my order is being shipped. I’m still following up with my dispute.

On 1/06/2022, I ordered N95 masks from Hope Health Supply.
I never received confirmation of my order, yet they charged my VISA card $59.93.
The masks have never arrived, and their phone service directs complaints to an e-mail address. After two e-mails, there has been no response, so I have disputed the charge with Bank of America.

I ordered masks from Hope Health supply. They withdrew 33.61 from my account on 1/07/2022. I never received the masks. I emailed them many times .I am an 82 year old widow,live alone help!

HHS charged my card the day I entered the order. I never received any reply to my emails and didn't receive the order. When I filed a dispute with American Express, the charge was reversed in minutes; this suggests AmEx knows HHS is a scam.

On 1/6/2022, I ordered paying $37.30 via PayPal and received this by E-mail: "Thank you for your purchase!
Hi Robert, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." On 1/22/2022 I E-mailed the outfit, "It's been 16 days and you haven't shipped. What's the hold up?" On 1/22/2022, I received a robo response, "This is an automated message to let you know that we've received your message outside of our business hours. One of our customer agents will get back to you as soon as possible." On 1/30/2022 I E-mailed the outfit, "WHERE are my masks and where is your customer service?!?" Over 9.5 hours ago today, I E-mailed the outfit, "I have calendared tomorrow morning to report you as a fraud and to cancel my order should you continue to irresponsibly hide from making good on our contract which you have flagrantly violated." I have never been contacted except by the one robo E-mail. Crime pays. This is a scam of many months enabled by feeble consumer protection law enforcement.

Hope Health Supply is nothing but another SCAM company created in 2020 to make money off Covid and unsuspecting customers. On Jan. 8, I ordered KN 95 masks for $37.60. I still have not received them, not have they answered any of my emails. Their tel. # 1-800-450-4482 simply has a recorded message telling the caller to email them (which they don't answer) because they're too busy to answer the phone. I am working with my credit card company to get my $ back and am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If I can stop just one person from getting cheated by these frauds, I'll be happy. I'm usually pretty good at spotting scammers, so not sure how this one slipped by me.

This company is just another SCAM company started in 2020 to make money off of Covid and unsuspecting customers. On Jan. 8, I ordered a KN 95 mask for $37.60. I emailed them 2 weeks later when I hadn't gotten it or had communication from them. They finally responded after 3 more emails, saying "be patient". I emailed them again Jan. 29, 30, and today, the 31st. No response. Calling their 800-450-4482 number just gets you a recording telling you to email them because they're too busy to take calls. I no longer want the mask and am working with my credit card company to get my money refunded. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - not that it will help - but at least it helps get their name out there to protect others from doing any business with them. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
