I ordered via a subscription, 30 KN-95 Masks in Black on 7 Jan 2022. It is now 21 Jan 2022 and the website states that the order is still in an unfulfilled status and nothing has been received. Two emails have been sent to their “preferred” communication to [email protected]. Despite promises to respond withing 2 business days, neither email has been responded to. Calling their phone number at 1-800-450-4482 fesults in a message that says they are only responding via email. Calling 205-448-1580 results in a message to call 800-450-4482. Bothe numbers spew out their messages; bur do not allow you to record a voice mail.

This business is not legitimate. I have lost $51.00 on the first order of KN-95 Black Masks and have contacted PayPal to stop payment. There are never any guarantees there.

Scammed me for $58.84 don’t answer several attempts by email and by phone 1 205 448-1580 hangs up, 885 929 5312 refers you to speak to a live agent at 1-800-450-4482 and then get a Covid warning to email them and don’t answer emails.

I have never had a mask smell so heavily of fumes as their black mask. It smells dangerous and poisonous. While I don't want Covid, I certainly don't want cancer or some other illness due to inhaling toxic fumes. I emailed first asking about the potential source of the fume smell, and received no response, I then request a refund for the unopened packs ($76 worth :-( ), and like every other reviewer I've heard nothing. I've followed up twice. I do believe they're taking advantage of consumers and our desire to be safe.

Same exact thing happen to me about the black mask smell…. E-mails ignore, COVID delayed response…. Nothing!

I ordered a pack of 15 KN95 masks from this company but the order was never shipped. I contacted the company by email (no phone number available) and requested a refund. I finally had to dispute the credit card charge. Other customer reviews confirmed that this company is unreliable.

Like many others, I too ordered from this company - ha - thinking that I would receive masks. After numerous emails and even attempting to chat on their website, regarding why I never received my order of $60, I began searching about this place and thanks to many people, I now understand I too have been scammed! Darn! I will attempt to retrieve my money. Wish me luck.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and have not seen the product. Furthermore, all the reviews I read report a similar experience or if they received any masks, they were fake. I called my credit card company and they credited me $60. Hope Health Supply has 45 days to answer. Call your credit card company and try to get your money back.

Purchased a lot of 30 KN95 face masks on January 7, 2020. I received immediate boilerplate response from HHS with confirmation number. There was no indication of out-of-stock, backorder, or delayed shipping. By 1/19/22, I had no response from HHS and no response to my follow-up inquiry. Fortunately, I used PayPal for payment and filed for resolution. PayPal immediately issued refund. I understand that there are supply chain issues and this is a popular product. However, it is incumbent on the vendor to communicate known issues and ordering options.

I purchased kn95 masks from this company and paid extra for the two day delivery service. They did not arrive on the scheduled day so I sent an email inquiring. I received only an automated response. I have sent several other inquiries and continue to only receive automated responses. Their website has no address or phone number. A friend referred me to this company, thinking it was legitimate; both of us have ordered and neither of us have received our orders. I did a quick search and found many other people saying the same thing.

This company has not responded to my email status inquiries and an automated email response does not count. The company is not answering their phone. All you get is a voice mail telling you to email them.
I looked up reviews on this company and almost every review says they are experiencing the same thing I am. The company immediately charged and took my money and now I cannot get a response from them. I tried to sign up for email or text status updates on their site but this option seems to be locked and unavailable. I wish I'd did my due diligence prior to ordering from this company and read the reviews because the majority are saying their money was taken and they have not received their orders and the company is not responding to them.
I feel I have been scammed at this point and have requested PayPal to refund my money.
If you're reading these reviews about this company, heed what they say. I normally read reviews first before ordering from a unknown to me. Not sure why I missed doing it with this company but never again...

I ordered masks on Jan 12, the shop order shows unfulfilled, not sure what happened since they had been great up until I order almost $100 of masks, No hope number nothing, plus they took my money immediately. I think we all should file with the BBB plus I think some of should contact the DA Philadelphia and file a complaint this will get some action especially if we all file against a fake company this is against the damn law.

Ordered on 12/23/21 They sure took my money fast but that was it. No fast shipping as they described in ads. IN FACT Still do not have on 1/19/22. Called and e-mailed no response. SCAM

They took my money 1-6-22 and I've heard nothing since, I guess this is some kind of charity fund. If I knew I was just going to throw my money away I would have bought some beer with it.

I ordered on the same day. Funny how quick my money came out of my account. No masks being processed for shipment! I emailed the "quickest response!" address with no quick response, to date.

Got my money and I'm betting that's the end of it. Ordered 1/10/22 and no response except I was charged. No phone number and email sent has gotten no reply. Guessing their 5 star reviews on their site which they review before it can post are bogus. Scam written all over this company.

The ones I received were indeed 5 ply and sturdy. I don't know if they are officially FDA approved but I know this can take time. A lot of complaints are about how long it took to get masks. It took over a week to get mine but I expected delays. They do not seem like cheap, shoddy, or smelly masks but I have no way of measuring their effectiveness. An article by 6 doctors listed this brand as one they would use but didn't list the doctors. I can't say as to whether that are all they're supposed to be but I did not have the bad experience many report so I'm not sure what to say.

Order was purchased on Jan 8 and it was never shipped still says unfulfilled on Jan 17… I feel as if this was a con to get my $80+ dollars… wondering why someone would try this con. Shame on me for depending on the reviews. The online always says we will be back tomorrow. Only make $9 per hour and I have just been used.

Have ordered mask was told having trouble getting orders shipped was told would ship by end of week they didn;t have a problem getting my money what can be done to get a refund or order. Okay I either want my money back or this order if you are a legit company this is the wrong way to go about getting customers, and if your not same on you and your people like really.

It's been almost 2 weeks since they sucked money out of my account, and no delivery date. I knew my money was down the toilet when I saw their online site of over 5,000 fake reviews.

I ordered KN95 Mask on Jan.6, 2022 Online and they were in stock . AS of Today Jan. 15, 2022. and 2 emails sent . They say that they are experiencing a backlog of orders . Now they took the money out of my account on January 6, 2022 ,which seems suspicious . I then investigated their site and saw others who are having the same problem . I plan also to contact BBB. I couldn't get a customer phone number

I made the mistake of ordering a 30 pack of white KN95 masks before I did my usual new company background check for any bad reviews online. The entire order cost me $58.43 plus tax which is less than what many people I noticed from your reviews here have lost. So I guess things could be worse. But I still plan to report them to BBB also.

File a complaint with the better business bureau. They are located in Philadelphia PA. I also did an online review when I filed the BBB complaint. I doubt that they will be phased by the complaint.

ordered masks...told they would be delivered 1-11-21...havnt shown up and today is 1-13-21... cant get them to reply...waste of $100.00. Once they get your money...couldnt care less...if you belive a 5 star rating...you are a fool.
