I have requested for full refund 3 times already and requested to be notified once it has been done, but you have refused to actually process the refund back to my card. What was the point of asking if I wanted a refund if you were not going to process a refund. I will be contacting capital One master Card today to start a dispute and stop payment for the order not received that was never shipped.
