I received a suspicious packet in the mail. When I did a Google search to find who the person was, the first hit was a complaint against this person or organization. The person submitting the complaint had a similar experience. He opened the packet, similar to the one I received, and posted a photo. I am not opening it.

I have called my bank to alert them of the situation. I don't know how they received my name and address.

I received an unordered item in the mail to my PO Box address. I use PayPal to pay for my items if I order on line and I use finger print to sign in to the websites. So I don't know how did they get my info like my address.

I got this weird vinyl and plastic pouch with a camera mount screw base from Hou Wenzheng without any directions or information. I don't know what I ever ordered from this source. Would like to track down who this is and what they sent me and what/where I was charged. Totally weird and deceptive practice.

Received a package with Chinese symbols all over it. Return address Hou Wenzheng, 1200 Worldwide Blvd., Hebron, KY 41048. I have never heard of this company. Upon opening it I found a 3x6 plastic card with small squares and red + signs all over. I have no idea what the product is used for and I have never ordered anything. On the internet, I found that this company is tied to a "brushing scam".

I bought a waist trainer for 29.95 for my wedding day. Ordered it Sept 7th and it said that I would have it within 18-30 days. If I wanted faster shipping than it would be $30 extra! I finally received it 4 days after my wedding which was Oct 10th. Finally decided to try it on today and it’s a piece of crap. It rips so easily and doesn’t have the support that it showed it would in the pictures. Tried to return when I first got because it was so late and never got a response. Hou Wenzheng is a scammer! Here’s a picture of the back where the butt support was supposed to be.

Ordered 4 cat toys - mechanical fish approx a foot long. Received 4 small stuffed fish toys. These are sold for $20-$30 each and even have commercials on Facebook ads. Clearly deceitful and scamming people. Packaging has no information other than the my address and Hou's.

My fiancé ordered a yoga mat and it's a total SCAM. Do NOT ORDER FROM BEYOND YOGI.

First off, we could not find Beyond Yogi brand on the internet. We found them on Instagram @beyondyogi.

Our order took nearly a month with zero reply from customer service throughout the process.

The package that arrived is not what was shown in the photos. It's a super cheap, crappy, thin yoga mat with no branding. Photos shown on the site made the mat look like it was 2" thick, not 1/4. I've worked in the outdoor industry for 10 years and as soon as I opened the gift, I could spot it was a super cheap knockoff from China. The way it was packaged and wrapped in plastic and the super cheap bag to carry the the mat was a dead giveaway.

Also a closer look at their email and Insta page, there is horrible use of the English language and most things are misspelled.

With some research I found that they are running their IP address out of Ottawa Canada, yet the company is listed in Sacramento CA, and the item shipped from a warehouse in Kentucky. This is a SCAM and I'll be diving deeper into this person or people to find out where they running this shading operation out of.

All accounts associated will be reported to the proper channels.

I placed an order with Neith Fashion on 12/21/2020 for two items, thinking that the vendor was based in Los Angeles, CA. The website guaranteed two-day shipping. Within minutes of placing my order, I received an email riddled with typos indicating that my order would be "delayed." On 12/27/2020, I received a tracking number from a Chinese fulfillment/drop shipper. I reached out to cancel the order and request a refund but did not hear back from the vendor until I posted a negative comment on an Instagram post. The vendor proceeded to verbally harass me and refuse to issue a refund unless I filled out a sketchy Google form process to "request a refund." Eventually, on 1/3/2021, the vendor responded to my email but rather than provide a return label/refund, they continue to dodge the request. I imagine they are doing so in order to take up time so that their refund policy is no longer in effect (return your item(s) for a full refund of the item's value within 30 days of receipt.) I received one of the two items on 1/11/2021 and the product's shipping label indicated that it was sent from 'Hou Wenzheng' at 1200 Worldwide Blvd., Hebron, KY 41048. When I googled this name and address, I found several other complaints and websites ('Golf Wang' , 'Wild Fang', 'Neith Fashion') with angry buyers expressing similar concerns over dropshipping, misleading business practices, and brushing scams.
