NOT WORKING, UNABLE TO CONTACT TO SEND BACK

I ordered a heated vest, it will turn on when it is plugged into the wall, but not when it's off the charger.
This did not say you had to carry a power bank around with you to heat it. The pocket zipper is also broken.
I cannot find a way to contact them to send back for a replacement or reimbursement.

Not what I ordered!

I got a package from this Hou Wenzheng and it's a useless, very flimsy silicone mat that wouldn't even be nice enough to sell at Dollar Tree and got charged $48 on my debit card. I don't even know how they got my debit card number! What really makes me mad is when you complain to the bank or credit card company and you get treated as if it's somehow your fault because you have previously shipped online! It's absolutely ridiculous and shocking that NOTHING is done to these scammers!

Attempted contact with Hou Wenzheng only to get a response from Wu Kris @ [email protected].
Just like everyone else, I did not receive a product as advertised and any attempt to recover money from them or get a Return Authorization label was nothing but an exercise in futility. The product ordered was being advertised on YouTube channels. A visit to the NEOXAUTOUS.COM website is a dead giveaway that they are a scammer outfit with Chinese links. Instead of a 365 day policy note, it's 356 days, plus the constant grammatical English errors. This outfit needs to be shutdown immediately via the FTC and government, but then again, it may be a business Hunter Biden is involved with where the lies and deceit continue on protected by the current administration. Anyway...
Sorry to hear so many other innocent U.S. citizen/customers are being ripped off. Maybe somebody near Francisville,KY can pay Hou a visit. What do you say Mitch McConnell or is your wife involved?

Every week I am receiving little puzzles. For about 3 weeks now . It's the 4th week and now I'm getting Bigger packages with individual items such as little toys and bandannas. I have no idea what this is or what it could be. It's creepy as hell. ...It is from Hou Wenzheng 1200 Worldwide Blvd. Hebron, KY 41048.

I have recieved 3 packages from them (first two i couldnt read the name to search),

1. two sets of false eyelashes
2. 7-8 childrens hair ties with bows
3. flesh coloured wig cap

I bought gloves for 39.95 , they were insulated winer gloves. They sent me summer sport gloves. I contacted them and they said to be patient and they would return my money. This was back in Oct 2021. No money has been sent. I am tried of being patient.

I responded to an ad for Skechers. They were advertised for a good price & I ordered four pair- 3 size 6 , 1 size 9.. they came in a timely fashion. These shoes have no support much less memory foam insoles. This is a ripoff & I intend to send them back to the Kentucky address.
