Rental properties are listed on Craigslist as rent to own, agent transfers to you LexingtonLaw, makes you sign up for service and shortly after you receive an email with property images (with no addresses) . A follow up email is sent to you once first payment is debited from your account successfully. A secondary email is sent with a form to fill out but no communication is received , phone number is nonexistent.

I found a website listing for a apartment rental and was told to sign up for Lexington Law and received an email about a housing listing . I was sent information about a realtor contacting me but never received any further emails . Was it a scam ?.

Is it a scam

I signed up for the program and when it was time for me to meet with the realtor to see the houses, I never heard from them again. The phone numbers don't work they don't even ring, when they do answer the phone hangs up right away. They never reply to my email. Is just to get you to sign up with Lexington law.

I been call they and no one answered the phone and they hang up on me this a scam

My experiences with Housing Solutions Pro are similar to the rest of the complaints here. Call them and an automatic greeting announces Rent To Own, based upon a property I saw on Craigslist. I didn't realize it was a rent-to-own property until someone answered the phone and pointed me to Lexington Lawfirm. Fortunately, I didn't sign up for their service and canceled it before being charged. The person I spoke with about the property told me to call him back after signing up with Lexington. I then got the on-hold routine before being disconnected. I called again a couple of days later and reached a woman named "Sarah". I told her I wanted to reach "Rick" at the extension number he provided. She said she would let him know I called. I asked if he would call me back that day. She said yes. He didn't and still hasn't. Why do companies like this exist? They waste people's time, cause them to throw good money away, and shatter dreams of homeownership in an increasingly difficult market to penetrate. I hope these people have terrible luck and rotten health for the rest of their lives until they repent.

Same experience as the others and when you call you're on hold then disconnected. Sad I am a single mother with 2 kids about to be homeless. I don't usually fall for scams. If it's too good to be true it is.

I too share the same experience as the others. Me and my wife need to move immediately due to current rental house has a hole in the roof and landlord will not fix it. So I saw an ad for Housing Solutions Pro will help you obtain a home through the rent to own program. But first I had to sign up with Lexington Law to repair my credit. Once I spoke to the law firm I paid them $103 for initial payment. We felt so hopeful and I was so happy they were going to help repair my credit. The next step was to print out this long contract and send an invoice to prove Lexington Law recievedmy first payment. I sent all this by email to Housing Solutions Pro and received email saying next an agent will contact me . After a week no one called. I sent another email telling them that they responded stating they would get me another agent, that never happen. You call them the phone just rings and then hangs up. I also made my second payment to Lexington Law for $129, they claim to have no idea about Housing Solutions Pro but something isn't right, why choose this particular Law firm if there's no connection. I am highly passed off cause I usually don't fall for scams, but they got me good.
Unbelievable

I’m am heart broken I thought because LexingtonLaw firm was a legitimate company that I could trust housing solutions pro because they transferred me on the phone right over to Lexington I also asked the LexingtonLaw person was this all legit she assured me that it was so I signed up for credit repair for me and fiancé I gave money that we did not have to assure that we could get a house for our family. Now I have to tell my fiancé that we we’re SCAMED and my kids. I’ve already informed my landlord that I would be moving after living here 11 years. And speaking to LexingtonLaw was no help at all!

It's just a scam to get you to sign up with a credit repair company and pay them and once you show them proof of payment they stop responding to you, but they tell you they are going to take you to look at and pick out a house that you can move into right away. The phone just plays music and then hangs up on you. No more emails and no more contact at all.

Saw ad on Craigslist, called about the house and was told that I needed my credit score repaired and had to go through Lexington Law Firm. Kept seeing errors in the emails from Housing Solutions Pro that were screaming "SCAM!". But, I figure even if they didn't come through, LLF is legit, right? I'll at least have my credit repaired. I was searching for the HSP email address when I found a Facebook post saying it's all a scam by someone associated with LLF. Tried to send a reply to edimmick @Lexington...email address invalid!

Saw a house on Craigslist, went by the house, liked what i saw. Called the number associated was told to pay a fee to Lexington law firm to get my credit repaired to be eligible to move into a rent to own property. I paid the fees, forwarded the confirming documentation, was told an agent would contact me, in 1-2 days. Have had several communications, responded with emails to enquire when and why the agent hasn’t contacted me. Neither communications or emails have were successful in reaching or being responded to by the agent. Now I have to file a claim with my credit card provider in hopes of getting my monies returned and as well prosecuting these low life degenerates who prey on citizens, with no thought or care for the hardships of their actions.

Me and my roommate are looking for a place to stay because rent has gone up tremendously. I found this ad on Facebook about a beautiful home in our price range. They advised me I had to sign up for credit repair through Lexington Law. I called back today and I explained to them that I researched this place and it’s fake. Emily couldn’t answer my questions and got an attitude over the phone. Called back and they hung up on me. How can people like this take advantage of people who really need a home for their families.
Fake people and bad experience

They claim to offer rent to own homes. They sent me a list of homes to view. Had me make an account with Lexington Law and from that point on, a real estate agent was suppose to contact me but never did. I've emailed them numerous times as well as called them and the phone will have you on hold for a few minutes before the call drops and hangs up.

I found a listing for a rent to own Home in the Georgia area. I contacted the lister of the ad, they said that all I had to do was start working on my credit within Lexington Law firm. Submit receipt of payment verification to them and someone would contact me in 1-2 days with the homes addressed to view. No one has contacted me and my emails and phone calls go unanswered.

Me and my fiance was looking for a home I came across a beautiful house for a low price, I called the number attached and was told I could move into my dream home all I had to do was work on repairing my credit with Lexington Law. It was all a scam once I made my first payment I no longer heard from anyone from Housing Solutions Pro ever again. w
When I call I'm on hold 5 to 7 minutes then I'm disconnected. I called using someone else's phone, someone answered but once I started explaining that it's been 2 weeks without a call from the so called local agent, Mr. Michael Davis, she hung up on me and when I called back I was on hold for 5 to 7 minutes then the call disconnected. When I send emails, my emails now go unanswered.
This is by far the worst experience while trying to find a home for my family and being disappointed that I was on the right track to getting my credit repaired as well as being a homeowner

- Savannah, GA, USA

They make you think their realtors who help you find homes to rent or own. They let you know you have to get your credit fix with Lexington law before you can even get started with their application process. After you sign up and pay Lexington law they ask you to

Screen shot and send them confirmation that you join after that they tell you a realtor will call you in 1-2 business for a list of homes and no one ever contact me since may 10th when I enrolled
