Your company is a piece of [censored] and you are all thieves. The simple scam.
1. False advertise known quality items at a drastically low price. Even featuring pictures and video's of the “true” items.
2. Send a cheap piece of [censored] item in the represented items place.
3. When disputed through payment method i.e.: pay-pal you offer a “partial refund” that still leaves you with a huge profit margin on the garbage that you sent.
4. You scare people out of returning the junk by stating huge shipping costs to return the garbage to china!

You're totally right! I just went through this with them and decided to return the $60 items at a cost of $67, just so those [censored] wouldn't get to keep their ill-gotten scam money. I hope PayPal investigates and stops them. PayPal considers the dispute resolved in my favor, but their way of handling this scam-based business keeps it going by allowing the prohibitive and illogical cost of return shipping to prevent victims from getting their refunds.

I ordered the Deluxe Musical Carousel Christmas Decorations-Santa. I paid with my debit card. It was charged $29.99.

However; today I tracked the package from HZ Yidacheng E-commerce Co. Ltd. And it was not which I ordered.

What I received was something called a "Musie Box Catousel. Under this information what the box contains is other writing in Chinese. I cannot read it nor do I understand it.

I send an email to the email address that HZ Yidancheng uses as their email address to answer questions or/or deal with problems with their products. I am concerned that I will not receive the Carousel that I originally ordered. And that my money may not be returned it the Carousel is not attainable.

If anyone in your agency/company can assist me in this matter, I would greatly appreciate it.

I ordered singing pumpkins 3 sets for $179.00 what I got were small pumpkins that do nothing and would cost 10$ at the most at a 1$ store. They refuse to give me my money back.

I ordered a Christmas Carousel for $26.89 The add on Facebook said they were located in Vancouver, Canada. They are not. Also said delivery time was 5 days. In a dispute with Paypal. The company is saying they sent an item, and I can return it. I haven't received anything. This site is scamming hard earning people. They need to be stopped.

I too got scammed and wish I read the above. Ordered a $69 Nixie-tube clock and received a crappy LCD display alarm. Contacted the company via PayPal dispute, they offer a $20 partial refund claiming "the product is working" and it will costs $80 -my expense, to send it back. Escalated through PayPal, they offered to give a full refund if i ship it back at my expense. They provided a return address in Chinese that is not valid and is unusable... You've been warned, beware of this company, a total scam.

I ordered three automated light up talking pumpkins for $69.99. I finally received three small pumpkins that barely light up and make a little noise like the stuff you would find at a dollar store. They are about the size of a soft ball. I am so mad.

My parcel just arrived this morning and as soon as the postie gave it to me I knew something was up - simply because it was a tiny package.
Opening it, I was horrified to find that I had been sent a rather flimsy looking desktop stand.
At first I thought it was a mistake and was looking online to find a way to contact the seller and sort out an exchange.
I nearly had a heart attack when I found out that many other people are in the exact same position as I am.
I will be messaging Paypal in the hopes of getting a full refund but don't hold out much hope.
