I ordered a multifunctional table and received a picture frame. I am requesting my money be returned.

I bought a "lifelike" baby Shark Toy on Facebook ad. The video of the product portrayed this item to be animated and interactive and what I received was the total oppostite. The toy I received was a solid plastic shark, no open mouth or even a place for batteries, it was a total deception on the part of the seller, whom I later found to be this company: HZ Yidacheng E-commerce Co. Ltd.

Facebook ad popped up in a game for a foldup adjustable laptop tray which looked to be about 600mm wide and 300mm deep with curved legs to adjust the angle. What they sent was described on their customs declaration as a "Plate Stand" - it was barely large enough for an iPad and the only resemblance to the advertised product was the colour! I have raised a case for refund with Paypal

I had made a purchase through FB for 3 Multifunctional table board with expedited shipping. It's September 3, never received my items and their are no communication from their end. Do no purchase anything on FB. Many of them are scammers.

I paid $20 for a pair of sandels that were supposed to be US size 1O WOMEN'S. I was sent sandels for a doll so small u can't even wear them. And they were the wrong color not that matters but noone can wear these as shoes. Their so small.

Same thing happened to multiple people . File a report with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Form called the IC3 form. This company needs to be shut down and Felony charges applied since they are using the US Mail once it is transferred from other international carriers like Pitney Bowes etc.

Ordered a specific chair from them spent 119.99. They sent chairs that were not even close to what was pictured. I asked for a refund, and opened up a case through Pay Pal. They offered to give me a refund if I paid to have the chairs sent back (would have cost me 82.00, more than the value of the chairs). It was their error and they should have sent a return shipping label. They do not offer a return unless they receive the chairs. So even though this was their error, I am out all the money and will have to spend more just to get a refund. I ended up asking for half of a refund for the chairs since it was their error and the chairs are flimsy junk compared to what I originally ordered. I believe they post pics on the site of what people are interested in, and once you make a purchase they send something of lesser value and then refuse to comply to make their error right.
