Was ensured that product was mailed out. Upon contacting about not receiving the product, no attempt to return contact was attempted until threats to solve the issue with the bank were made. Product was still not delivered in accordance with delivery times and contact was thus attempted once again. Contact was ignored until I disputed the charges with my bank and reported during the next email contact, in which the business responded soon after. While a refund was made, the product still has not been received 23 days later. The excuse provided was that a large influx of emails prevented them from providing a timely response.
