He is not a reputable business professional but a conman and a crook.
Before he became a realtor, he owned Core Design and Construction.
He had stole another contractor license and used it for his own crooked dealings and was prosecuted multiple times by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulations (DBPR) and ordered to shutdown.
He scammed many homeowners in Florida by bringing in cheap, inept and incompetent laborers to do major electrical, plumbing and foundational work while unlicensed, jeopardizing the safety and structure of the home. He is a bona fide shyster!
Beware! He is a narcissist and cannot be trusted!
