Type of a scam Identity Theft
After a while Scott Szarapka banned a Black user, admitted that it was for racist reasons, set an accountability process to make up for the racism, and then avoided meeting those accountability goals. When I tried to push him about the failed accountability, he had his staff harass me until I had a meltdown, then gave me a 2 week timeout from the entire service. They then turned that 2 week timeout into a 120 day timeout so that I can't access my account to take my picture down.
In the meantime I have discovered that Scott is using the pictures marginalized people upload to his website in order to train a AI dataset to recognize "predators and grooming" with a "static and real-time grooming & predator detection and analysis engine." This is a transphobic dogwhistle and my data is being used for this without my consent and I cannot remove it because of the continual timeout.
I have sent messages to his legal team to request information to make an ADA complaint and he neglected to answer for a month now. I have sent messages to his support asking to be able to access my account again, and they do not answer.
Many people have been scammed out of their money for a service that doesn't function, and staff are perpetuating racist, ableist, and transphobic abuse. They also forbid taking screenshots as part of their terms of use, so that we can't get proof to send in.
