Yesterday I purchased windows 10 software from DirectGames through Groupon. Groupon sent me a redemption code to my email with instructions to redeem my product key for my software. Every time I sent the redemption code to Direct Games they kelp sending me emails several times saying that it was the wrong redemption code. Despite sending them the original email and receipt of purchase I received from Groupon they continued to send me emails saying invalid redemption code and other insulting emails! This company is a scam. Groupon.com is a very good company in which I never had a problem with any of my purchases through them. I was always able to redeem all my codes from Groupon. Buyers beware, This Direct Games company is a scam and I can't get my money back because as Director Games know you cannot contact Groupon what a loss of my money! ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
