Ordered shelving on line back in November - there tracking # says it was delivered. But have never received them. I received a tracking # and have asked USPS if they could help. Was told it is not a USPS tracking #..
Their tracking said it made it to my Titus ille post office on Friday Dec 20th and that it was delivered - but it wasn't. Should I try to get $ back from credit card co.?

Advertise itself as a QVC outlet store. I ordered some shelves that were supposed to be on sale and confirmed the order and signed me up for the shop but never made a delivery or contacted me again.
