This company, IntegrityUC.com, commit insurance fraud. Instead of going off of someone’s insurance they require all individuals to pay $50 even if this is 3X their actual cost they should be paying. If you question them they start to threaten to not see you and kick you out. During the conversation where I was being polite, they falsely accused me of being confrontational. I’ve been in business as a manager for over 10 years and never had an experience such as this. They use threats into not treating your child how crying in pain over a smashed finger.
