I purchase an item advertised as an American made from alocally owned family business from IrishWears.com. The website advertises beautifully made Irish wears. The item irecieved was a thin piece of famric printed to resemble the sweater advertised but was acheap knockoff. I emailed [email protected] and support @24h- service.vip asking to return the item . They repeatedly refused to give me areturn address and refunded $2.00 stating that was the best they could do. We went back and forth about 8 times and they continue to respond with how dirty they are about my disappointment but refuse to allow me to return it
